I grew up here and now I feel lucky to be raising my kids here.Ok, enough sentimentality. Hobbies - what are hobbies? I'm a single mother of three little kids. I don't go kayaking or antiquing in my free time. Usually I take a nap if they are all gone, or a walk, or maybe mop and wax my wood floors. If I'm really feeling wild I might take an extra long, hot, shower. Sounds boring...well quiet is wonderful and intoxicating...no, quiet with a bottle of wine is wonderful and intoxicating. I love to cook...but have very unsophisticated, extremely particular palates to please at the moment.....and yes, ketchup counts as a vegetable. I am satisfied with a steady diet of lean cuisines (I want to say "government cheese"It doesn't take a lot to make me happy. I'm down to one parent, and sadly she is battling a late stage cancer. So spending a great afternoon with her is a gift. So is a day without kids fighting. A sunny day on my tractor is a wonderful stress reliever, as is gardening, strumming out a tune on my guitar, or running in to someone at Price Chopper who knew my dad and has something funny or interesting to say about him.I can be intense but don't take much too seriously. I happen to believe the movie "; is one of the great comedic masterpieces of our time. I get chills when I hear bagpipes - definitely identify more with being Irish than my other half which is Italian. Miss going to SPAC, the horse races, skiing, the ocean, and even catching a cool movie at the Spectrum or a show at Proctors, The Egg... love going to church but hardly ever get there...always feel better as I walk out then the hour before when I walked in. Ultimately am seeking someone more like me than different. In my experience opposites attract but don't last. Someone who believes in God is important to me, although beyond that, faith is personal and I don't judge. My free time is not unlimited, and so proximity is important. Probably more that 40 minutes away will be too far. I try to take good care of myself without being self centered, so someone who also has pride in their appearance would matter to me. My lifestyle is largely based around my children and will be for several years to come, so a man who is still in this chapter will be my best fit...and am a good sport about the rest...but I believe finding the right person to be with will allow for the fun stuff that I just don't care to do by myself! And remember...winking is for wimps (oh wait, that's a different site), and I can't respond to a gray silhouette...ok I could, but I won't. First of all, its totally not fair that you have to pay...so something free is preferable, and outside is even better. A walk with coffees or some waters would be a great first date for me. There is something about talking and moving at the same time that kind of authenticates people, and that's the layer I want to see by the end of the walk. After that we should know if dinner and drinks are a good idea.

bonjour à toi le futur homme de ma vie!! tu ne te reconnais peut être pas encore mais lisant ma description tu vas te reconnaître et me faire signe lol !!ès svp !!)...pour être honnête, je ne suis pas LA sportive qui fait tous les sports (ok pour le gym, le golf que j'aime beaucoup et un peu de ski) par contre, j'adore les balades en forêt, en ville, en campagne...élo mais beaucoup visiter. Je suis une 'fan finie' des voyages (en visite en Europe surtout et je cherche encore la personne pour venir avec moi en Asie).j'adore les soupers au resto ou entre amis avec du bon vin (j'adore le vin), me coller avec mon amoureux devant un bon film ou ce coller une fesse en lisant chacun son livre. Discuter des heures entre amis, en amoureux, se coller beaucoup, s'embrasser (j'adore !!)...et finir la nuit au lit lol !CE que je recherche chez mon homme ? l'humour, la compréhension, le respect, l'honnêteté, la gentillesse et ...plein plein d'autres choses lol ! mais disons que celles qui sont inscrites son extrêmement importante !!! parce que moi je les possèdes ces qualités et NON je ne me vente pas du tout !!Je suis une amatrice de cinéma (action, science-fiction, romance, drame), j'écoute beaucoup de musique mais jamais de latino, jazz, blues (désolé les amateurs j'haî ce genre !) et le metalica !Je parle très bien en anglais et lit très bien en anglais mais disons que mon anglais écrit un peu ouach!! alors n'hésite pas à me répondre en anglais j'adore...bon, je crois que j'ai fais le tour, alors à toi.... aller prendre un verre ou un café (j'en bois pas mais ils servent autres choses lol ) pour débuter est une bonne idée car si un des 2 n'est pas trop intéressé alors c'est plus simple et moins long pour ce dire bonne fin de journée ou soirée lol !Si attirance il y a alors on continu selon notre bonheur !
