I've been accused of being picky, maybe too picky. I've "settled" in the past. Learned as I've matured that it is no way to live. In order to be truly happy, you must take care of yourself first and let everything else fall into place. Don't leave your happiness in someone else's hands. With that said........ I'm an all-American sweetheart who wears her heart on her sleeve. Mom of 3 girls (26, 24, & ***divorced for 8 years now. I have a super soft spot for babies and animals (and baby animals!) I am currently enrolled in school part time to enhance my education as a nurse (working on my Bachelor's degree). It is such an amazing feeling when you know you've made a difference in someone's life, and I get that nearly every day in my profession. Although I'm very laid back and easy going, I'm on the go much of the time. I live by my golden rule to not sweat the small stuff. In the scheme of things, it's all small stuff!So if you've gotten through thus far (and actually read profiles, not just look at pictures lol), I will say that it isn't often that I will initiate contact here. Something to do with the male species needing to do the hunting and not being the hunted! So if you see that I've viewed you, but didn't ***, it might just be that I am interested, but waiting for you to take the lead. Then again, I just might not be interested. ;-pAs far as my interests and hobbies are concerned, I love music. I favor rock (Alternative and Classic), but known to enjoy Jazz, Blues, Classical - no Rap and no Country. Enjoy being outdoors; Fairs and festivals, antique shopping, wine tastings, amusement parks, live music in small venues, and playing golf are all activities I have fun doing.
