I appreciate the beauty of our earth, mountains, ect.In less than five years I will be retired and will move to my property down south. There are a lot of good men on this site.     I've been accused of being picky, maybe too picky. I've "settled" in the past. Learned as I've matured that it is no way to live. In order to be truly happy, you must take care of yourself first and let everything else fall into place. Don't leave your happiness in someone else's hands. With that said........
