I am a very recent empty nester. I am not the typical 40 something. I take very good care of myself and work out daily. I enjoy being active and doing just about anything outdoors. I also enjoy watching a movie and snuggling on the couch on occasion. I love to dance, enjoy live music from patio's to Red Rocks events, riding my Harley, and did I mention...working out. I take a class called body combat that is a combination of kickboxing and martial arts. I am a black belt in Tae Kwon Do so this is right down my alley! I love to travel...especially to exotic beach locations.Recently, my best friend suffered a severe stroke at the age of 41. It's helped me to realize just how precious, fragile, and short life can be.
