so this is me in a nut shell: i am a single mom of three amazing kids. i am a full time student at the local university. i have rediscovered my passion for photography... FILM (but i won't do weddings). i have a loud, loving, obnoxious, in-your-business-with-good-intentions, caring family that has been my rock and reality check the past two years. i love all kinds of music and can't stand music snobs! love all sorts of movies, but i'm a sucker for a good chick-flick or happy ending. my favorite thing to do to unwind is sit on a poarch swing and just watch the sun set (too bad i don't have a porch swing where i live)... i do have an ex that is very much a part of my life because of the kids, but ending things on friendly terms makes it not as bad. i'm not quitting school again, so right now (maybe), i'm not looking for anything too serious.... yet..... i always say going to a sporting event is a good first date because you can really learn a lot about someone by how they are at the game. doesn't have to be a professional game, but at least one where a favorite or local team is playing. if there is no game to go to, (wait for it....) bowling. i know! sounds corny, but again, you can learn a lot about a person through this simple game. if that isn't in the cards, love going on hikes, exploring old places, most anything outdoors is wonderful. i'm not a huge fan of the summer heat or the winter chill... but during the fall and spring... perfect time to go outside!

Well, here it goes...I am a single mom with 2 children ***yr old and ***yr old), I also work full time and I'm finishing college (B.S. in Computer Science). I am looking for a serious relationship but would like to take it slow. I have been through some tough times these past few years, but it has made me a stronger person, and increased my faith in God. I am looking for someone who is honest, mature, confident, and will not only be my partner in life, but also my best friend. I would also prefer someone that leads a healthy lifestyle - I have lost over 40 lbs and want to lose more, so I do exercise several times per week and eat healthier foods. I also want to point out that I am an independent person, and I am not on this site to find a "replacement dad" for my kids. Even though I am independent, I still want someone share my life with. As far as my personality goes, I am shy at first, but after I get comfortable I will start teasing and joking quite a bit. I can be very sarcastic at times, but I also know when to be serious. I'm very ambitious, motivated, and love learning and experiencing new things! I try to see the positive in all situations. Now I'll be honest and tell you my faults...I've been told numerous times that I'm extremely stubborn and I "think too much". The "thinking too much" side of me is the part that analyzes everything (which is why I'm good with computers) lol. And the stubborn side...can I just blame that on genetics? ;)I have quite a few goals I want to accomplish in life, but my lifelong dream has always been to own a few acres out in the country with several horses.
