I'm originally from Calgary but have lived a few years abroad. I am very comfortable in social settings and can hold my own but I'm an introvert at heart (I can sometimes be a homebody). On this note I'm definitely more spiritual than religious, I do however relate more to christianity. I'm still exploring this area and "continuous improvement" is what I seek.
