OK so clearly we have both given up trying to meet people the usual way...that's why were here right? Read on....(but don't take every word seriously)I've been single just long enough to figure out what I'm looking for, but not long enough to settle for something that isn't fantastic! Doesn't seem like it should be too hard to find!?I have kids. Two of them. They’re young (9 & 6) and awesome, but get one drop of sugar in them and you’re dealing with a feeding-Gremlins-after-midnight situation. Do you have kids? That’s cool. I can work with that, but I’ll probably judge your parenting style and will constantly think in my head how superior my children are.On the plus side, my kids both have the same baby daddy, so if we get serious, there’s only one dude you have to engage in awkward interactions with.When I’m not building forts, I'm either at work, or trying to find something to do other than lay on the couch. I have some trust issues. I’ve been hurt. I’m sure you have, too, but we’re talking about me now. We’ll do that a lot. I’ll overthink and question everything to the point it drives me mad until I feel comfortable trusting you.There’s a few positives about me that help outweigh all the crazy, but I’ll let you figure those out on your own, that’s the fun part, the getting to know each other. I mean, finding out someone you’re interested in was once awarded a Best Ass trophy is a way better surprise than anything I wrote about here.     I am here from Australia on a working visa & so far I love it. I want to travel but not endlessly, I just want to see the country while I'm here & hopefully find an extra reason to stay :-) You'll have to want to see Australia too though cos I miss my family! I like to be an idiot sometimes & I think it's perfectly ok. I just want to meet someone who loves his mum & dad (but doesn't do everything they tell him to), respects people in general & doesn't think they're better than most others. I can be a total pain in the butt, I correct people's spelling all the time (I can't help it!), I leave hair around, I love people watching & I comment on them far too much - but overall, I'm mostly ok ;-) I don't aim to be perfect. I'm very new here & would like to get to know the place better & meet some new people & hopefully something more long term will come of it! I'm open to try most things - I'm not really an intimate dinner kind of girl - And I don't drink coffee but that's ok, I'll just have a hot chocolate!
