I love dancing, reading and traveling. (and the castles). I have a very positive attitude about most things and am willing to try new things. Some, like mountain climbing, will take a little more getting used to! I like being outdoors, but in a relaxed environment, like camping or skating. If my life were a movie, it would be a musical, but not because I can sing…I can’t! It would be all about the dancing. I’m always up for a last minute road trip, life’s too short to think too much! Here are some random facts about me:- When I get home, I take off my socks and put on my flip flops, even in the winter.- It makes me feel really smart when I know the answers on Jeopardy.- I am afraid of the dark.- I don't like mushrooms or peas.- I am more Coke than Pepsi.- I talk a lot.- Buffy rules.- I am addicted to hot yoga.- I learned to swim last year so I could do a triathlon. (Just to clarify, as I am getting questions about this one: I knew how to swim, just not enough to do a triathlon without sinking. I learned how to swim properly, is what I mean!) First dates are fun. Any activity where we both look dorky is good...like bowling! Really, anything that would give us a chance to talk and get to know each other.

As I am an incredibly lazy individual, I'm looking for someone to force me off the couch for some spontaneous fun. Must be more hilarious then myself and share a similar twisted sarcastic sense of humour.

Doesn't anyone ever leave this site? Really looking to move on from here...anyhow....here goes:I'm pretty easy going (although everyone says that, right?), and looking for someone who has a great sense of humour, ambition, and knows how to have a good time, whether it be out with friends, a quiet night in, or a spontaneous getaway. I'm a workaholic by nature, but trying to figure out the work/life balance thing -)In my spare time I love to cook and have people over for dinner or wine and appetizers - I went to culinary school (but I'm an editor, not a chef) so sometimes I get pretty creative. I try to get up to the cottage in the nicer weather as much as possible, spend time with my family, or head out somewhere different for the day to explore. I never know what or how much to put in this section, so if there's anything else that you want to know, just ask! Wine or beer tasting? Something fun that will break the ice!
