I don't have a drop dead gorgeous body. I work-out so I can do the things I enjoy and not kill myself. I like to relax. I'm pretty laid back and so not high energy. I simply like to do a lot of different things. This doesn't mean I have an insurmountable amount of energy. In fact I need my down time. I'm not always good at communicating my feelings but I think it a very important part of keeping a relationship healthy. I like discussion. But I don't think we need to fill all the silence with words either. We all deserve respect and kindness.
