Well, I used to think that falling in love in Springtime sounded so lovely but now I am pretty sure any season would do just fine. Perhaps, Internet dating is a bit of an oxymoron; Kind of like "jumbo shrimp". Patient, well intentioned person looking to find friendship that could potentially develop into something more. In the meantime I would say thatlife is good.Loyal friends,family.Still find my career rewarding.Enjoy concerts,movies,plays, dinner with friends, cooking, a good comedy show.And yes,I love the outdoors as I am told that is where they keep most of the oxygen!Also love to travel both planned and unplanned.Point me in the direction of the ocean or any body of water and I am extremely nice to be around and with.Makes no difference if we are staying in a nice hotel overlooking the water or camping in a tent. Does not matter if we hit the road with a sack of food from home we put together at the last moment or we wait and enjoy a festive seafood dinner out.To me it all sounds FUN. And good for the soul.I am by nature creative, musical,goal directed.Looking for my emotional and intellectual equal( which has nothing to do with occupation,level of education or income).Must love dogs since I have one.And hold the belief that anything in life is possible.I am able to laugh at myself and everything that makes life so ironic and beautiful all at once.There is no such thing as a perfect relationship but there can be perfect imperfection together. I am a great woman but nobody goes thru life without collecting some minor foibles. I like to think of them as personality enhancements! My longest relationship was almost 10 years.See?! Somebody actually found those little foibles endearing!I am a fan of monogamy(been a card carrying member for most of my life) I am a woman who has also had to stand on her own. But a lucky one just the same because love has been real and mutual always and to settle for something less is cheating myself and any potential partner. And with age some humility has taken hold and I realize that the older I get the less I know. While relationships formed long ago may have ended and hearts had to heal, life is still so much sweeter with a great co-pilot. First make myself a promise to enjoy myself no matter what. Maybe dinner or coffee.
