Well, I used to think that falling in love in Springtime sounded so lovely but now I am pretty sure any season would do just fine. But a lucky one just the same because love has been real and mutual always and to settle for something less is cheating myself and any potential partner. And with age some humility has taken hold and I realize that the older I get the less I know. While relationships formed long ago may have ended and hearts had to heal, life is still so much sweeter with a great co-pilot. First make myself a promise to enjoy myself no matter what. Maybe dinner or coffee.

I enjoy sports and outdoor activities (hikes, long walks - especially when traveling). I had to give up karate after 12 years when my studio folded, and am trying to get back into a routine with yoga and going to the gym. I also really enjoy cooking - having wine tasting parties and trying out my latest recipes on my friends. I try to achieve a work/life balance but the work part has been a little heavy during the week so my free time is primarily on the weekends. I recently found a great volunteer organization and it's been nice to get back into the swing of doing volunteer work occasionally.;mom's friends" and it has become an annual tradition in the spring - but we added a summer trip last year as well. I love the wine country, it is a beautiful place to relax. I've got a wicked sense of humor and enjoy a good laugh. And there was a nearly ***Last year I resolved to do more travel and managed to go somewhere almost every month - although a lot of them were short weekend trips.I'd like to meet someone I could connect with, friends first - see where it goes. I'd like to do something where we could have a good conversation. That could be taking a hike together, having a glass of wine, or a cup of coffee.
