About Me

I'm a single Mom, who in the past focused on my daughter and my own personal growth. I am an independent, healthy and fun person, looking to move on to the next phase of my life without a dependent child. I enjoy working around the house and gardening in my free time, basically a homebody. I love animals, and spending time with family & friends. I am diligent in being around people who are responsible, positive, and nice. I really don't care for the drama that so many people, at any age, seem to thrive on. I would appreciate a gentleman whose age has done him well, and whose friends and family consider him to have strong morals, high values, and good character, and they would get the same from me. I love listening to music, especially 50s,60,70s. It brings back great memories, since music was always in my house and still is!! I also love to laugh and have a crazy sense of humor-I seriously think laughter is the best medicine!! I have been divorced for a number of years, not dating much, because I am the kind of person that believes that a parents first and foremost obligations with their time and energy is for their (minor) children. My daughter is 19 now, and has recently moved on her own and is independent and self sufficient(so, no drama there!). I think a solid and healthy relationship is a wonderful bonus in life, not that you should spend your life with anyone, just so you are not alone.
