Looking to meet someone who is fun, honest, respectful, genuine, healthy & compatible. I love nature, the water and the woods. I am loyal, romantic, down to earth, optimistic, determined, creative, trustworthy & easygoing. I work in the health field. I like real estate & fixing up homes. I love animals. Occasionally I foster dogs. I have one child who is in college. I like to keep a clean house. I'm not into politics or sports. But that's ok if you are. Going to an occasional baseball game is ok.I'm a social drinker, non-smoker & no meds or drugs. I take vitamin/herbs. I just started working out. All of my interests are things I've done over the years. Not necessarily what I do all the time. I'm open to new adventures. I enjoy cooking healthy meals at home, farmers markets & music festivals. I love seafood. I've taken many sailing trips to the Keys. For many years I raced & chartered them. Live Music & dancing are favorites... I enjoy... (Current , Classic & Southern Rock, Blues, Jazz, Mo town, Salsa, Reggae & some county.***day I'll do more traveling by RV, plane, train, boat or on foot and when I settle down I.ll grow an organic garden, fruit trees, lots of flowers, plants, bird feeders, a playhouse for the grandkids and a dog & cat. Maybe at a café, park or something simple to start with. Then go from there!

I can milk a cow and raise chewing tobacco but I prefer not to. I was the second oldest of 6 children. My parents were both Irish although my mother's blood was tainted with a bit of czech and german. I can be a bit stubborn and I do hope to visit the motherland one day and kiss the Blarney Stone.I am blessed to be the mother of two wonderful (mostly grown) children who are away at college.; Hooch) and a karin terrier (Dog in Wizard of Oz).In my spare time I am expanding my horizons by spending time with a couple friends who are single. One is a bit of a Part-time Homemaker Goddess and has made it her mission to prove to me that cooking/baking is a viable option. My children actually now request certain food items which is new as they used to prefer take out. The other is a do it yourselfer in everything to do with your home. From her, I have learned to kill a scorpion single handedly (you cant suffocate them in a jar for anyone wondering about that), flush out the air conditioning pipe, and a few other handy tricks. It hasn't all gone well so I cannot be trusted with electrical tools at this point. So I feel like a renaissance woman in the making.
