Hi, I'm a sincere, fun-loving, unpretentious woman looking for a special man. I enjoy travel, music (especially country & jazz), sports (especially hockey when there's actually a season), and the beach (especially at dusk). I'm look forward to quiet times with a glass of wine and a great movie or book. Want to join me? A glass of wine, laughter and great conversation. Music playing in the background. Not wanting the evening to end.

Woman. 52 years old. Zodiac sign: Libra.
Looking for: man. In age: 49-59
I'm extremely happy with my life... but I'm missing someone special to share it with. I enjoy the outdoors, watching ballgames, boating, I absolutely love my jet skis, hanging out with family & friends. I like to stay active. When those quiets moments find me however, I like to read or plan my next vacation. Traveling is near and dear to my heart, so don't be surprised if I seem eager to escape. Seriously.. I enjoy my job, but enjoy my down time even more. I enjoy mostly country music, southern rock and some of the other "stuff" here and there. I actually find myself listening to music all the time, whenever I'm home...ok.. really I'm singing and dancing around the house too. I think I'm drawn to the beaches just as much as the mountains. The fall is the perfect time to ....hmmm... enjoy a firepit of crackling wood...looking up at the stars.. and listening to the conversations & laughter from family & friends.Drop me a note if you would care to hear more.. My first date would depend on our conversations and what we both have in mind at the moment... something as simple as an ice cream date..or racing on jet skis...relaxing on a beach, talking about whatever comes to mind. There is just no limit when it comes to what a first date could be... I'm really up for just about anything..

Woman. 55 years old. Zodiac sign: Scorpio.
Looking for: man. In age: 52-62
I'm a retired teacher. I had a second grade classroom for most of my career, but I also taught small groups from grades 1-8. Since retiring I have done volunteer work for the Humane Society (in the office) and the American Cancer Society (driving patients). I have also acquired some rental properties. Two of them were older homes which I renovated, doing as much work myself as I was able to. I really enjoy the creative process of envisioning a more practical, beautiful home, and then choosing the improvements, colors, and materials to make that a reality. My favorite renovation is now a vacation rental, and I loved being able to take the further step of decorating the home (on a budget!), refinishing furniture, sewing curtains and pillows, and creating artwork.I adore animals, especially my own dog and two cats, all of them rescues. I love going to movies, concerts, and live theater--all things that inspire us and connect us to the human race. I get a kick out of trying new foods and recipes and exploring new places. I enjoy reading and learning about many things, including nutrition and health. Finding a beautifully written book is a real thrill. I enjoy a wide variety of music, from classical to pop--pretty much anything but heavy metal or rap.--Phantom of the Opera, Cats, Mama Mia, etc. I love hiking, as long as I can take my time. Climbing to the top of Mount Aeneas this summer was such a treat. It offers ***degree views from what feels like the top of the world. I am positive, friendly, quiet, kind, dependable, playful, and down to earth. I love intelligent conversation and the sharing of thoughts and ideas. My viewpoint is usually liberal. I strongly believe in human rights, and in treating all others with respect and dignity regardless of race, religion, sexual preference, or personal choices. I was raised Lutheran, and later attended Methodist and non-denominational churches. Although I no longer attend church, I continually strive to grow in my spiritual life. I have a broader view of God now and the connectedness of all creation. I am influenced by the works of Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Tolle, and Dr. Seuss.I’m looking for a genuine, gentle man with inner strength, who is relaxed and easy going, intelligent, fun to be with, open minded,. and respectful of all others. I want to find someone who laughs easily, but never at the expense of others, who feels childlike enthusiasm over life’s little pleasures, and who accepts me as I am, yet inspires me to be more. A good first date would offer opportunity for conversation.
