Active, self-employed single father of 3 sons. 2 are UH students, one at Lonestar. At their age, I'm free to go and do when I choose. It's fine if you have kids at home still too. Happy to be alive and healthy.. grateful for each day and the people in my life.. and always eager to get out and play on weekends, and sometimes on weeknights too, but also love to snuggle on the couch, or just about anywhere else :) I'm looking for an attractive, active, fun woman to share life with. I'll do the same for you. :) In my personal time, I'm easygoing, relaxed and casual, though I do dress up well when the need arises. I don't sweat the small stuff, and avoid people who create drama where none exists. I try to look for the comedy in most situations..it's usually right there if you look for it..and once I get a feel for you ( so to speak ) there may be times when I make you laugh out loud or at least giggle insanely when you'd rather not, but you'll just have to deal with it. If you could occasionally do the same for me I'd be ever so appreciative.I'm bald on top, brown hair otherwise :) I'm 55, not 52. People tell me I look years younger in person...people I don't know and who don't owe me money. I lift weights for exercise rather than beer cans. I do enjoy an ice cold brew, just don't substitute it for exercise or food :) When I'm standing up and look down, I can see my shoes, my legs, my shorts or jeans, and if my shirt is tucked in, which is admittedly not that often, I can see my belt buckle as well.I enjoy riding my motorcycle, but you don't have to if you don't like it...I don't ride it that much anyway, and don't do long trips on it. Just got my ***season tickets for the Texans..if you're into Texans football and tailgating you rock! I belong to a large fun tailgate group as well ( previous Tailgaters of the Year winners) If you're not, you'll have to excuse me a few sundays this fall and hopefully 3 or 4 playoff games!-Bone Tom's, as long as I have a cold adult beverage to assist in the effort. Any outdoor place, live music or not, works for me. Love being by the water-Noah's Ark, Pod- I hate when that happens. I enjoy Vegas as well, but haven't been there in a few years...I was just there the last weekend of January for the first weekend of Mardi Gras :) Love going to the beach, or hanging by the pool when there is adult company. My pug no longer gives me strange looks when I hold long poolside conversations with her - she just *** I like most kinds of music except rap or hip hop...just not me....love live music! Would like to learn to C&W dance better. I do have a cousin who gets me great passes for cookoff tents. I tried deep fried oreos and a twinkie and I wish I had my money back! LOLI don't have great pics on here...seems I'm usually the one with the camera, and there's that casual thing I mentioned above, but there is one dark pic of me in a suit...yes, it is really me... I work in pajamas, so what do you expect? :) I"ve been told I have nice eyes, am easy on the eyes, and that I have great legs. No really LOL More pics will undoubtedly get added over time if I'm marooned on this damn site for months longer.I am somewhat picky. it may seem shallow, but It is what it is...we all know what we are attracted to.. If I don't respond, it's nothing personal...I just don't see a match. It happens to us all :)Send me a note if you want to know more.     First off, 'cause I do not want to mislead anyone, I am in decentlly athletic shape and have several big muscles. (Ok...that is funny AND weird).     Hello, and thanks for taking the time to stop in for a look.I'm very easy-going, non-judgmental, quick to smile, slow to anger, quick to forgive, very patient, but can sometimes be annoying....but then can't we all??? LOL.I live with 3 cats who are quite considerate about letting me share their home.Like any cats, they are sure that the house belongs to them, and that I am here only because they allow me to be.As such, they are not shy about voicing their disapproval when any changes are made.I like to joke, tease, poke fun, but never in a malicious way. As such, I have no problem having a joke cracked at my expense, being teased, etc. It's gotta be a two-way street in this as in all things. Too many people spend their lives deep in debt, which leads to stress and discontent.I'd rather have fewer toys and the time to enjoy them, than be killing myself trying to pay for things that I have no time to enjoy.I loathe being in debt. If I cannot afford to pay cash, I will do without.I do smoke, but have been gradually cutting back with an eye towards quitting. Am down to about 10 smokes/day. Baby steps.I consider myself a "considerate" smoker (a line I've adopted from someone else's profile). I will always go outside for a smoke if I am around non-smokers, even in my own house. I will almost never smoke in my own car if there is a non-smoker riding with me.Observation: A lot of people say they're looking for someone with "no baggage".The measure of a person is in how they carry that baggage.I've made my living as a musician, sound-tech, light-tech. I've done road-construction.I've done heavy labor, I've shoveled cow-shit, I've cleaned floors and windows.I have done delivery jobs, and have been a driver in vehicles up to 5-ton trucks.I just recently retired from a tech-In my opinion, honor lay not in the job you do, but in the pride you take in your work.I've always tried to do a good job, both at work, and in life.I am not one to rush into a relationship.Ultimately I am looking for a long-term partner....someone to grow old with, to share home and hearth, to laugh together in good times, and support each other through bad, but I recognize that in any serious relationship, you must be friends first, so that's where I am looking to start.Happy fishing to all.....may you all find what you seek.
