Hummm.....Describe myself.....Well.. I love to laugh. I try to find humor in almost everything. I'm a music lover and honestly I think the only time I don't hear some type of music in my head is when I'm sleeping. I'm mom to an adult child. Being a mom has been the best thing I've ever done and the thing I'm most proud of. I'm not super physical and I have to make myself go to the gym. It's just not high on my priority list unless I have time to spare. Plus my job is kind of physical and do I want to go workout after 8 hours of a physical beating? Probably not. I don't do out-; such but I really believe that for the right person, all things are possible. It's the give and take thing. Besides, I like to think I'm open minded and would try something I've never done if I met someone I knew it was important to. (I do have a line though as I'm very afraid of heights) I like to dress up for a nice evening and I like to lounge around in my comfys. I love movies and live entertainment with music being my very favorite. I love to people watch but don't do much of that lately. I work with the public and for the most part seeing them all day is enough.I've been told I'm a good listener, that I'm funny and sassy... Sassy? does that mean "smart a--?" I'm kind of independant but that's really because I've had to be. As for the "dating" thing on my profile, I use that term because it's what has to be done to get the end result. I'd love to find someone for the long term but I don't want to put pressure on anything. I'd like to let it grow and form in it's own time. I'm not a serial dater. Reality? I haven't been on a date in over a year. We'll see if this site changes that.So I hope you were able to find out what you needed to know from this profile. I feel the first meet should be very light so you can figure out if you really want to spend a "date night" with that person.For a first meet, it's just more comfortable to meet for a drink and a little conversation somewhere easy. Drink does not mean alcohol. It means whatever you drink. But it has to be in a place where normal conversation can be heard.

    I provide home care nursing and work as a sleep technologist (p/t) and plan to continue my education in the near future. It's time to embrace the next chapter of my life. I miss the companionship of having a partner in crime. I feel that a "couple" should be best friends, playmates and confidantes; best critics and cheerleaders. I want to be someone's #1 fan. I was learning to golf and shoot and would like to do that again. I LOVE Halloween! I am not religious, however, my late husband was Jewish. I respected his heritage and honored the tradition. It also gave us extra holidays to celebrate :) I definitely prefer scary movies. I enjoy travelling. Needless to say, I am Pro-Choice, and tend to lean to the left. I do have several tattoos and occasionally get the "itch". I have tried to do so strategically. So, if you are judgmental or super conservative, you probably won't understand me. I am fairly comfortable in most any environment, 5 star to dive bar. Where you are matters less than who you're with (most of the time). I do not swim oceans, climb Mt. I do, however, care for those who cannot care for themselves, regardless of how many legs they have... but, for now... a glass of wine would be nice.
