I am a passionate person who believes in making a difference in the world in any way I can. I believe in love, peace, having fun, and happiness. I strive to be the best person I can be and make those around me happy. I am a devoted mother, friend and teacher.I am a good, kind, thoughtful person, but I also like being a bad girl every now and then (take that as you will). My glass is always half full and I have been told that I have everything it takes to make a man happy. I am young for my age and still look good ( I am told). My goal is to travel the world before I leave this place and I want someone to grow old with. I would love to join the Peace Core someday but my daughter won't let me! LOL- she is too scared of me dying of some crazy disease, but we'll see. I am not a " goodie two shoes" by any means, but I try real hard to do the right thing for both myself and others. I grew up in NY, so the "; life is something I lived with for many years. I am Italian and proud of it! You really want to taste my lasagna while we share a bottle of red wine a fire and the moonlight.Good luck in your search- Take Care OK, so this question is really over-rated in my opinion. A first date depends on the people who are going to meet and what they both enjoy. I would want my first date to be something we both enjoy doing. I would not want my first date to be at Starbucks ( also over- rated). LOLHaving said that, I think the first date should be decided by us ( together). If your idea of a first date is Starbucks, Wings and Things, or at your house, then count me out. A good first date for me would be going for a walk near the beach or in a park, then a happy hour somewhere, preferably a place outside with a band. Have you ever been to Monterrey Bay Cannery ( spelling ?Of course this is just one suggestion I have.- frame cottage, then cook some ravioli while drinking a glass of Merlot and have dinner in front of the fire. Now that's a date! My security guard would be in the next room of course!! JKLets just wait and see how we connect and then decide what we should do... OK?

confident, easy going and inherently shy until you get to know me. I'm conservative but I certainly know when to let my hair down. After being married for 25 years and now 'reinventing' myself, I'm looking for the last love of my life. I'd rather not waste my time dating a hundred different men but rather take my time and get it right. I don't think you can know someone after the 3rd or 4th date, so if you're in a big hurry for something then I'm not the girl for you. I prefer men who are at least 6 ft. tall with dark hair. I am not a fan of tattoos or piercings, sorry. Don't want to insult anybody but I'm more into the clean cut type. I tend to stay clear of men who post expensive cars, boats, planes and cars with their profile. Once upon a time I had all that stuff and to me it's just that, stuff. Looking for a man who's not trying to prove anything. I quiet location where we can talk. Did someone say, ice cream?

If you made it here, I passed the photo test - whew! Yes,photos are me and current. I am proud to say that I posses all original body parts. Humor, it is what gets me through each and every day. That and coming home to my 2 dogs waiting for me at the door, it's all about unconditional love, either that or they are just hungry. I hope to find that in a partner, the unconditional love part that is...and someone who loves dogs! I am athletic and enjoy watching and participating in sports and I can also be a girly-girl. You know the whole I can go from jeans and a t-shirt to black dress thing,YES, all photos are current (taken in ***, yes, I am 5'7" and weigh 125ish and yes I am 51.I am told I do not look my age, nor do I act it. Thanks to my Mom and some good old fashioned genetics..Besides my 2 dogs, I have a high school aged son. I have worked in my line of business for 30 years so I think I like what I do.The rest of the story, shoot me a e-mail so I can see if our profiles click and we can begin the journey...-serial dater w/a revolving rolodex. I don't look for anything that I can't also bring to the table. If your idea of quality time is hanging out at clubs every weekend we won't be a good match there are too many other quality things to do and share together I am truly past that part of my life. Dinner and drinks I do for sure! Meet and greet to see if that proverbial chemistry extends beyond our well written profiles. I prefer to do a short/casual meeting at Starbucks or a happy hour (no dinner) somewhere halfway between each of our respective starting points.
