Well, I'm going to try to refrain from writing my life story on a dating website, so here goes! I've read alot of profiles on here stating theres ALOT of creeps out there, and I'm DEFINITELY not one of them! I'm a decent, completely normal, (yes, I said NORMAL), hard working guy, looking for that connection thats not easily found with a decent, hard working & respectable WOMAN... I'm looking for a beautiful person, inside & out! No more exceptions! I have traditional morals & values but still know how to have fun & stay active. Boating, fishing, camping, & most outdoor activities are tops with me! I like outdoor concerts, weekend getaways, family, and good friends. I lead a drama free lifestyle, so should you within reason... Definitely not into games. At my age, I realize most women have teenage kids, which is fine with me as I usually work well with teenagers. I have a 26 yr old son & a 19 yr old daughter who are the most important part of my life! What I'm looking for is class. Dignity. Pride in both inward & outward appearances. And a sense of humor! I love to make people laugh! I'm not looking for perfection, theres no such thing as perfect! I have alot to give to the right woman! As long as there's the right kind of mutual respect.... I'll even stick a $20 in a machine if I have a few extra bucks. But thats about it. Casinos, same deal. I do like to gamble... When I have the $$! But anything that happens at the bar after midnight I've dubbed "stupid time", and I choose NOT to participate! I have no DWI's and plan on keeping it that way... A relatively quiet dinner at a nice place works for me :-) If you have something else in mind, please let me know. No pressure, no expectations as it should be on the first date. Nothing complicated here. I'm a Dad, runner, golfer and beach lover. I travel quit a bit for work, but I also work from home. So, when I'm not traveling, I'm home. I spend a lot of time in the yard and tinkering around the house....I love to tinker :) I'm a little bit of a home body, but definitely not a couch potato and definitely not boring. I love to run or bike on the beach, swim in the ocean (yes, with the sharks :), and try to play a round of golf a week. I would love to find a woman that enjoys to play or is open to learning. Kayaking is also something I love to do. My idea of a good night out is a Sushi dinner and after dinner drink somewhere outside and on the water with a live band. At home, I like to cook while enjoying a good glass of wine or IPA...then, if I can't find a good movie, I'll settle for a rerun on the discovery, history or science channel. Yes, I'm a documentary junkie, but I've been known to get sucked into a sitcom or reality show (against my will of course :).
