Lets start this. I am a network administrator for a catastrophe company and work crazy hours. I am also in the Guard and hope to retire next year.Being an admin puts me in the geek category and that's fine since I like to game on my ps3. Or I'm on my laptop logged into the network.I am not all work and gaming. I like to hike and plan to start a portion of the Appalachain Trail between May and June. I walk walk walk walk. Getting the idea? I don't see what hurts taking a little time out of your chaotic day to help your heart out a little.
