*Before you read any further, if you cannot muster anything more than a simple, "what's up" I will not respond to your message. I take the time to read someones profile before I message them. Please extend the same courtesy to me.**While I list myself as non religious, it should be known that I am a Deist.*Another point that's come up recently. I don't drive. By some logistical miracle, I've skirted around the need for a car. I get around fairly easy and I assure you, I'm not looking for someone to shuttle me to and fro. It's something I know needs to change and it's on the list of things to get done this year.*Educated. Confident. Worldly. Gentlemanly. Funny. People have such a hard time describing themselves but I think those are five categories in which I'd put myself.I have a masters degree in applied intelligence. What is that you might ask? I'm gonna be the next James Bond. Except not really. Applied intel. has given me great research skills and the ability to make confident predictions about things (I had to use a ***scale for my confidence in my work). So, I'm great with problem solving, as long as it isn't math. I got my BA from UT in political science. I also read a lot. Usually non-fiction. So not too academic. Essentially, I'm a big nerd. But it's ok. Chances are you give me twenty minutes and I can answer just about any question you toss at me.I can be shy when you meet me but you put me in front of people and I am confident. I use to hate public speaking but I rock it now. That confidence has carried over to a lot of different areas. I'm confident in my cooking skills (for the most part), in my intelligence, and definitely confident in my words and actions.I love languages. I know some French and Chinese. I also know a bit of a few other languages. I'm a huge soccer fan. I'm also a huge Preds fan. I also like to learn about cultures through any medium (food, music, art, etc).I realized a few years back that manners count. I was raised by my mom after my dad passed away and she gave me the basis for these habits, I just took them and expounded upon them. Not to say I'm a stick in the mud, I can throw down when need be, but I also know that there are proper ways to handle things. The proper way usually leads to a reduction in drama and juvenile behavior, something everyone seems to try and avoid these days. Lastly, I'm funny. I work around people who are generally pissy when I see them so I have to be funny. A great joke here or a twisted little comment there. Whatever it takes to make them laugh. I have ongoing jokes with customers that we still get great laughs from weeks after the joke was brokered. I will admit that my sense of humor tends to be a bit dry and slightly twisted at times, I still get laughs. So, when it comes down to it, I'm awesome. Even if it's just in a friend role. Heck, all of my good friends live out of state or a descent distance away. So, if I seem interesting, don't hesitate to send me a message. Or you can try and get in touch with me on AIM= juliusbracchus or Yahoo= I think coffee is a good first date, or maybe drinks. Movies are fine but it should be done as pre-coffee or post-coffee move. Picnics are nice too in the spring. Nothing beats a nice walk by Riverfront Park.
