Hello, How are you?I've been working in the restaurant industry for ten years now, pretty much my entire work history has been in a restaurant. What started as a job turned into a passion and eventually a career. I'm currently the general manager of a large chain restaurant. It is difficult at times but I absolutely love what I do. I hope to one day own my own restaurant, nothing too big about 40 seats or so, something that can easily be burned to the ground if things aren't going well for the insurance money.My free time is split up between spending time with my son (who is my life) my parents (who I would consider my best friends) and my friends. I have an unusually large love for music. It spans many genres, I prefer listening to music than watching TV on most days.
