About Me

First let me get this out of the way....if you are looking just for a "friend with benefits" MOVE ONTO THE NEXT GUPPIE!I am indeed a city girl that landed in country trying to find my way ...can use the help from a friend and if friendship turns into ever lasting love that would be awesome and I would cherish our relationship!I am looking for an honest, sincere and faithful man whom is proud to have me walk beside him (never behind him) in our journey of love/life. I want a forever happily ever after relationship, but marriage is not at all in my long term plans. I do not need a church to bless or a state government office to approve my love. I am not against living with my man at some point but not an immediate need. I am not looking for a sugar daddy as I believe in any relationship everything from work around the home to finances is ***.I will not wear a collar nor hold a leash. If you require/desire more than one woman...MOVE ONTO THE NEXT GUPPIE...I WILL NOT SHARE...PERIOD! I do firmly believe in HIS time, HER time and OUR time. I realize you do not need seek my approval for what you do or where you go but please be courteous and give me a heads up...communicate openly and honestly.I demand respect and communications skills. My dislikes: Diamonds, Roses, will never take an ocean cruise (motion sickness) and shopping malls. I am not "cheap" but *** pretty simple person. I like to be pampered in other ways. My "boutique" is Goodwill Industries...love treasure hunts and saving a few bucks along the way. My hobbies: cruising on a motorcycle (either as the driver or seat cover...My kIds are my world! They do and will continue to come first; and you as a father, your children will always come before me. I will never be your children's mom but *** best friend. I have 3 grown children all whom I am extremely pround of. Oldest 2 are in college and living on their own. My youngest has just completed with high honors 4 years active duty with USMC and is now 4 year reserves while attending college in LA, CA. I also have a ***yr old Pug (Paws).I do believe in God but will not be a church goer. I was force fed the Baptist religion and now I just do the best I can in life while living the good life. I do drink socially and smoke ...neither do I personally think will condem me to hell. Hmmm....fall is here and a great time to find something to do outdoors. A day trip to anywhere wether it be on 2 wheels, 4 wheels or 4 legs...I am all in! Take in the color/sights and activities of the season. Pack a picnic for 2 and suprise me! I am not an "over the top" kinda person. Please don't ask me what I want to do...you plan it and pick me up on the way! Caution: no seafood or road kill!

Looking for: man. In age: 52-62

Interested in a caring man who's interested in investing and sharing his time, his life, his emotions, his feelings. I've heard from all the players..It's old and boring! I want, don't need a man who's willing to put forth as much effort as I am in building a loving relationship.I have no desire to serial date but rather find "the one" that's sincere with his intentions. What guys say on here and what they really want seem to be 2 TOTALLY different things. Can't you please be honest! HAVE YOU GOTTEN THRU YOUR MID-LIFE CRISIS YET?I miss a man's affection. His touch, the cuddling, holding, kissing, being playful with each other. Laughing and joking together. Laying next to each other at the end of the day. Someone to talk to and share your feelings with. That feeling inside when your heart skips a beat. You can't stop thinking about him, and he can't get me out of his mind. I love rock & roll, blues...my favorite. Like Stevie RayVaughn, Buddy Guy,Stones, you get the drift.I'm an Independant, self sufficient hard working woman.. I have a little sas and a bit edgy (in a very good way). Great sense of humor. It would be wonderful to be able to share life's experiences with someone. Seeking a romantic man who's not afraid to show and express his affection. . A man who will respect, appreciate and protect my heart, always knowing I will protect his. A man who has time to commit to nurturing a relationship!Always a nice to know you have a shoulder to lean on! That someone has your back!Of course there has to be a physical attraction....PLEASE have a picture! It's only fair.So much more to say, will save it for our conversationBest wishes to all in your search keep it simple...somewhere public for a drink or coffee. see if there is a mutual interest, chemistry or connection.

Looking for: man. In age: 50-60

I subscribe to a "Think deeply, speak gently, love much, laugh a lot, word hard, give freely and be kind" way of living, where integrity, honesty, trust, laughter and kindness frame my picture of love, life, levity, and everything that is boldly colored in between. I believe that "coloring outside the lines" promotes greater self-discovery and risk, both of which are extremely important and yes, attractive, sexy and desirable, to me as a writer, educator and most importantly, a parent. When we restrict ourselves to a neatly designed and prescribed, flawless template of how we're supposed to look and behave, we inevitably are not being our authentic selves. For me, to embark on a relationship not being who we are is inevitably destined to fail because in the end, it's based on pretense and falsehood***not the ideal foundation for a loving, lasting relationship. My mission as a special educator is to individualize *** broken and bitter high school kids who have been through serious and often, life threatening traumas in their lives, where school took a back burner to just making it through the day. Our mission as loving and caring educators is to restore their faith in "man/womankind," and convince them how much they matter~~ despite their belief to the contrary~~ to themselves, and the people in their lives who love them. When I'm not trying to make the lives of these kids better, I love to hike, power walk, play with my dogs for hours, blog, read, and sip ridiculously good coffee with ridiculously awesome people. I find intellect extremely attractive .I also believe that you can tell whether a relationship is going to work with one kiss. So much can be said in that one kiss..... I have no set script for a first date other than it happens after some thoughtful, meaningful, and yes, flirtatious conversations, via phone, text, etc., that creates a very welcome flurry of butterflies in my stomach that lets me know that we won't be checking our watches every four minutes once we take the plunge and meet. Outdoor cafes; out-of-the-way coffee shops that at least 'offers' Fair Trade coffee with their other selections; independent book stores; beautiful parks conducive for walking and talking; and if all of that feels right, an "evening" date at a candle-lit pub or wine bar that offers tasty crudites and atmosphere.
