About Me

I am looking forward to meeting someone who enjoys good company, conversation and a good sense of humor. I love anything to do with the outdoors like camping, hiking, canoeing, boating, traveling lake or beach. I'd love to share those experiences with the right person. I am very easy going and can adapt to almost any circumstance from casual to formal. I also enjoy some of the pop music especially Nickelback & Black Eyed Peas. I am a spontaneous, good spirited woman, but do enjoy just being laid back and relaxing with a good movie. A nice bonfire or campfire, a hike in the woods or a stroll along the beach are some of my favorite things to do. I also love to cook. I'm good at Italian and good old country meals, but especially anything that can be put on the grill. I do enjoy a nice dinner out with a quiet, romantic atmosphere for good conversation and intimacy. I am totally self sufficient and have worked all my adult life. I just recently became an empty nester so that is why I decided to give this a try. It's been awhile since I've been out in the dating world and this is all very new to me. Someone who gives me butterflies and can make me feel that spark is very important in a relationship. I am very honest about who I am and expect whomever I meet to give me the same courtesy and respect. I would prefer to meet in a casual atmosphere where we could talk, maybe over a glass of wine and get to know each other better. If things go well, we can take it from there.
