I enjoy keeping mentally, physically and spiritually fit.I maintain this by meditating, exercising, walking and talking with close friends. I have a set of principles that I practice living by and fully understand the concept that no one makes us who we are or how we feel. Rather, together, we can strengthen, enhance and compliment one another. I am a confident, strong and independent woman, who is very happy, successful, fun, serious, affectionate, playful and even goofy at times. I am a good woman, a good friend and a loving mother. I am emotionally mature, honest and open minded, No hidden agendas and no expectations. My faith is stronger than my fears and I know who I am and I do the things I do for a reason. I am not perfect and I am ok with that. I enjoy being outdoors, love the beach, love water, long walks on a cool fall night, snuggling, good conversation and lazy Sundays.     The glass is half full for me most of the time and I’m optimistic almost to a fault. I can be serious but prefer to look at the lighter side of things and can usually find something to laugh about no matter what happens. Not a super athlete by any means but I do work out so I’m reasonably fit. Love music, especially classic rock although my kids introduced me to a lot of newer music during their teen years. I like to cook and try new recipes, keeping it healthy (unless chocolate is involved), and love relaxing on the deck with a glass of wine while grilling, especially if there’s someone special with me.
