I enjoy keeping mentally, physically and spiritually fit.I maintain this by meditating, exercising, walking and talking with close friends.     Its Fall a great time to be outside lets enjoy what great weather we have left before the snow flys.Not so much into baggage ,unless its the kind waiting in the car so we can get away for the weekend.NO players, been there, wont do that again.
