Woman. 55 years old. Zodiac sign: Aries.
Looking for: man. In age: 52-62
My parents and my siblings are all still living there. I try to go visit at least once a year-- mostly in the summertime. I am employed in the healthcare profession and enjoy what I do. Although my hours are sometimes long, at the end of the day, it is very rewarding to know that I made a difference in someone's life and condition. When I am not at work, I enjoy golfing, running, and bike riding. I have a dog who keeps me very busy. I enjoy short road trips-- especially over a long week-end.- mainly because of their beautiful sunsets. I would love to get a place there someday-just to get away for short excursions. I enjoy watching college football. I graduated from UF so yes-- I am a GATOR fan! I also enjoy the Red Sox and Patriots. I have been blessed with good health throughout my life and tend to be very active. I am looking for the same in someone else. I would like to find someone who is emotionally, financially, and spiritually grounded. If you are just getting over a relationship, I am probably not the one to try to help you with the healing process at this point in my life. I have done that in the past, only to be left behind. I realize that we all go through trials in life. I would like to find someone who has dealt with his trials and is ready to move on. Thanks for reading.

I like to read, take long walks, go to the movies or watch them at home, go out for coffee or drinks with friends, enjoy live theatre and spending time with my kids. I would like someone to become friends with first and see were it goes from there.

Woman. 52 years old. Zodiac sign: Sagittarius.
Looking for: man. In age: 49-59
Let’s start at the beginning shall we.If all you want is a hook up please do not waste my time or yours. I am looking for something that might just turn into a relationship. That said, lets move on.I was fortunate to have a wonderful childhood growing up an Air Force ‘BRAT” and had the opportunity to see a lot of the world. Not a “BRAT” now, well most of the time not. I lived in Europe for 5 years and my parents made sure we had the opportunity to see new places on a regular basis. As a result I still love to travel and explore new places. Short weekend getaways are always a great way to decompress.I have 2 wonderful daughters ages 31 and 26. I have been employed as a college Library Tech Senior for 25 years. The part I love most about my job is the low stress factor, to which I am very grateful, especially in this day and age. My responsibilities include procurement of materials for the entire college. I am very thankful for my job. Only 5 years and retirement here I come!!! One super advantage of my job is a lot of time off for fun. My friends would say that I am fun to be around. I love to laugh and have been known to be a little silly on occasion; likewise I have been known to be less than tolerant of anyone I feel is not being straight with me. I am kind and caring and will do anything for the people that I love. A few years ago my best friend’s house burned down and I spent the summer weekends helping to rebuild. If you need hurricane straps nailed down, I am the woman for the job. No nail guns were used here, we did it the old fashioned way, a hammer and smashed fingers. It was great watching all our hard work come together. The house was better than ever when we finished. I learned a lot that summer.I love tent camping, BUT, I do prefer indoor plumbing and hot showers, so no real roughing it for me.Watching lightning and thunderstorms is a favorite pastime. On the subject of watching, people watching can be really fun. NHRA drag racing gets my blood flowing when the ground literally shakes beneath your feet. Cuddling during a movie either at home or at the theatre with someone special is always nice. Speaking of movies I like “Chick Flicks” (I am a girl after all!!!) I also like action, adventure, and of course comedies. I don’t really care for scary sit on the edge of your seat movies but, if that’s what you like, I would gladly go with you to see them. Riding motorcycles and roller coasters really blows my socks off. Spending time at Lake Bell with friends for boating and BBQ’s. There is nothing better than skidding across the lake after being thrown off a tube laughing all the way. A few less exciting but still enjoyable things are dancing, socializing, walking around Cranes Roost Park, bowling, playing cards and canoeing. My preferred music is top 40’s hits throughout the years. Rap is not music that I care for but most other styles can be just the ticket. Trying new foods can always be fun and interesting. I’m not really a picky eater at all. Liver and okra are on the list of “please don’t make me eat that” though. One more thing I thank my parents for, introducing me to new foods and experiences. My family enjoys my cooking and who but family will be brutally honest about food. So I guess I can say I am a good cook.I could go on but how boring will the first date be if I tell you everything right now. I just love to enjoy life and LAUGH as often as possible. Laughter gets you through the rough times a little less bruised and battered since life is not just fun and games. I am looking for someone to share my life with. I don't need taken care of. I want someone who can't wait to come home to me. I want to feel like I need to rush home everyday to spend time with the one I love.I am not looking to hook-up or have a one night stand so if that's what your looking for keep checking profiles because I am not interested.I am trying to quit smoking so please bear with me on that. I would not smoke around you. Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day.
