There are simply things in life that are more joyous when shared with another. Those day to day events I enjoy sharing with another are;), cooking seafood, preferrably on the actual beach, fishing in salt water, making art and music, and simply hanging out. I am a member of my wonderful auxillary coast guard flotilla and just can't seem to spend enough time outdoors and around boats. Kayaking is one of my favorite sports! As is biking, seeing independent films and supporting our local filmakers, writing, doing and exhibiting art, teaching, working to keep our dwindling civil rights alive, and meeting new people, especially those from other cultures. My work life has had a very broad range, and I enjoy meeting other professionals who have large networks, as well. My masters is in healthcare and I do enjoy meeting others of similar educational backgrounds. I am curious always, quiet yet not timid, enjoy twisted humor, feel deeply (made me a good therapist in my 2nd career) and care about people. I think a lot and feel I haven't had a chance to use my mind to it's full capacity, certainly not in the work arena. I am a fighter, not only for my rights but for those of others (worked many law cases in the employment arena, all wins, and all unfortunate to have to have had to occur at all), but prefer peace. My entire being is creative and I need to do art more - scripts run through my head all the time. I dream about the future and it comes true.Please be interested and able to slip into any kayak and paddle with me.
