Hi! I am friendly, positive, caring, conscientious, and love to learn new things. I can be down to earth and practical at times and then let my hair down and be goofy at other times. While I am in a great place in my life -- personally, professionally, and financially -- I hope to find someone special to laugh with and share life's experiences -- I enjoy a variety of activities like chatting over coffee, swimming, hiking, hanging out with friends and family, reading books and magazines, traveling (local, US, and international), watching TV and movies, playing on the computer, and going to museums, and would love to learn more. I'm going to learn how to cross-country ski this winter. During the week, I take care of my awesome 12 year old son. That has allowed be to own my own home, car and still leave enough left for an occasional cruise, or a vacation or two. That does not mean that I don't have time and won't dedicate time to someone special to make a relationship work.I have one child at home still. He is a spoiled lab that thinks he is still a lap dog. He is awesome company though. The rest of my kids are all out of the house, but I seem to have a revolving door and they know that I am always there for them if the need arises.
