    Hello, I guess I'll tell you a little about myself. I love reading, especially historical fiction! When you can read a good novel and be taken back in time, wrapped up in the history and period and people, it really pulls you in and makes you love history and truly appreciate what so many have gone through to get us to where we are today. I am a true romantic! I also love to travel, short weekend trips and extended ones as well. Going to the casino can be fun, but I enjoy just staying home and watching a good movie just as much. I've just finished writing a children's book, my first, and I'm waiting for my daughter to illustrate it! I'm working on a second one, it really have a lot of fun! I very much enjoy doing volunteer work and fundraising; doing for others and raising money for good causes and organizations gives me great joy. I have three children Twins that are seniors in high school and my oldest daughter is a senior in college and plans to attend law school once she finishes undergrad. My children are my life...they are wonderful and I am so very proud of them. Let's see, I would like going to dinner...it certainly wouldn't have to be anything fancy, but somewhere we could relax, enjoy dinner, maybe a glass of wine and conversation. If there was live music, it would be all the better! If that second glass of wine came around and more conversation, that would be a good indication that things were going well and we would just sit and talk and get to know one another and enjoy the music...for a first date, I think that would be perfect.
