About Me

I don't meet many people in my day to day life so I'm going to give this a try. I lead a pretty quiet life. I have a 6 year old boy who lives with me, but his father is still involved. I love to read. None of those e-reader things though, I want to feel the weight of a book in my hand. Nothing quite like the real thing. I like music (mainly country, but not just that). Someday I'd love to learn an ***, especially piano or guitar. I enjoy getting out of the house when I can. See a movie, go out to eat, walk around town, canoeing in the summer. I'd just as soon hang out on the couch watching movies, have a bonfire, stuff like that.I want someone I can share new things with, that can make me feel safe, but that can also push me and make me grow. Make me a better me, and I hope I can do the same for you. I'm at the point where I'm ready to settle down. Don't let that scare you, I'm not looking for an *** or anything. I want to take things slow. I've had enough relationships gone badly, I want to make sure something is right before I jump in. Especially since in the long run, it's not just me my decision affects, but my son as well. Ultimately, I'd love to find the person I can spend my life with, and yes I do want another kid or two somewhere down the line. I'd like to think I'm worth getting to know. I am quiet and shy, but I am a good listener, I try to do whatever I can for someone.
