I'm a Kinesiologist and Sports Nutritionist. I work the entire gambit...from kids 10 and under all the way up to 70+. I love what I do. The way the human body moves continues to blow my mind. I lived in the Philippines for a total of 7 years, and I am grateful for the experiences and perspective that living outside the US provides.

Hi there, I'm Steve (or Scuba depending on where you know me from). I suppose I'm a pretty normal guy...or maybe I should say I like to do normal guy stuff.
