Thank you for taking time to read my profile. I am a registered nurse and have a bachelors degree in business. I currently work in occupational health and love it. I consider myself a glass half full kind of person. I think we should always try to find the good in every situation, it just doesn't make sense to focus on the negative. No one should take themselves too seriously.I have to tell you that I am not at all photogenic. I have been told time and time again that I look so much better in person than I do in my pictures. This is not a good thing for online dating. LolI do think it is important to take care of the body God gave us. I enjoy running and do my best to run every other day. I also go to the gym 2 or 3 days each week. I am a Christian though not a religious fanatic. I do have a very strong faith and depend on my God to get me through each and every day. I would like to explain the type of man I am hoping to find. I hope to find a man who is kind, caring, has a good sense of humor, can be a little goofy and can laugh at himself sometimes. I would like to find someone who is positive and can find the good in most situations, a man who is intelligent, preferably college educated, can carry on an interesting conversation and is attractive. The man I am looking for will have a strong faith and depend on the Lord to help him through the tough times. I am hoping to find the man who will also be my best friend. I believe that the strongest relationships take place between two people who are friends first and become best friends. I am looking for the man I can talk about everything with, the man I can tell everything to. He will also enjoy running or working out and would like someone to run or workout with. I look forward to hearing from you! I think a first date should be in a location that will allow you to talk and get to know each other. I think both individuals should plan on the date being low stress and short unless of course there is a spark and neither wants the date to end. It should just be fun.

I love to laugh and feel that IS a necessity in life. Humor is a must!! I'm an avid reader and will always make some time for it. I enjoy going out being around others, but also enjoy spending time at home sitting on the patio, nice glass of wine, and some music playing in the background. My friends say I'm easy going, quirky at times, and always have a smile on my face. Both my girls are over 18 and now have lives of their own with college and friends. In my "quest" to rediscover who I am (besides just being "mom"), I look forward to some new adventures of my own. I like sports....my favs being baseball and hockey. As long as it's live sports, I will enjoy it. I am looking for companionship/relationship with someone who wants to spend time together, enjoys the same things, and views things in a more positive manner than negative. I also pay attention to how others treat less fortunate people and how animals react to you. I believe this is a great indicator to the type of person one really is. My favorite pastimes include, but not limited to, music, bowling, photography, reading, festivals, people watching, playing on my iPad, and spending time with my girls when our busy schedules allow it.If interested in getting to know me further, you know what to do......... Meeting up for a quick drink to see if there's a spark. If so, we can plan a real date from there, but if not, we can go our own way.
