I am 47 years old and have been divorced for 6 years. Long enough to make a lot of dating mistakes, and long enough to know it is still worth trying!My friends and family are incredibly important to me and I make a lot of time for them. I started golfing a few years ago and I love it. I am actually improving. In the summer I spend as much time at the cottage as possible.My perfect vacation is packing up the car or trailer and hitting the road, exploring areas I have never seen or revisiting areas I want to see more of. A week by the beach in the winter is great but I can't make it my only vacation for the year!My friends would describe me as witty, generous and possibly sarcastic. If you asked my family they would probably add stubborn, but hey- when you're right you're right.I can't lie- I've let a few years of inactivity catch up with me. But I am working hard to reverse the error :) I spend time at the gym or walking everyday. I have a lot of work to do but I know I can do it!After 21 years with the same company I recently started my own consulting practice. It is both exciting and scary. I am spending a lot of time on business development and building my credentials.     I've had an epiphany, there is nothing wrong with me. I am a confident woman who works entirely too hard to worry about what other people might think of me.
