I love my family and believe that family ties are very important. I believe that I am a pretty strong woman and have been through some trying times in my own life to get to this decision. I like great conversation, am an avid believer in public display of affection (as long as it is appropriate and not lude). I am very much a girl but am not scared to get dirty either. I do not like bugs! LOL I am looking for someone who knows his own mind and is able to think out of the box. Someone who is capable of having an intelligent conversation for more than two minutes. Someone with goals and aspirations in his life. Someone who genuinely is looking for someone to have a relationship with. I am not into speed dating or flings. I want someone who will encourage me to be the best person I can be, as I will him. Someone with an optimistic outlook on life. I am not a person who has to have alcohol in their lives daily. I am ok with a man who drinks socially but not excessively and knows when to say when. How great is your imagination?I don't really think dinner in a noisy restraint is a good idea, and the movies (although I love movies) aren't really a great place to be able to talk and get to know someone. Perhaps coffee or dinner in a quite place... if everything goes well maybe a walk near a lake or on the beach where we can talk and get to know each other.

Hi, like many in this city, work is important to me, and I enjoy it, but it is not everything. Other passions include working out, hanging out with my friends, traveling when I can, the occasional dinner party (love to cook if I have someone to cook for), and watching many movies (from documentaries to James Bond movies***Love warm weather and the beach. I strongly believe that everyone should try to be the best that they can be, while enjoying the process of achieving that. You've only got one life, right? So it has to be GOOD.Originally from the UK, I'm told I still have an accent, but I can usually manage to communicate without an interpreter. This is one of the reasons why I love to travel--to cultivate more. In music I love everything from Beethoven to Nine Inch Nails, pop, alternative, and electronic.It would be great to find someone who's around my age give or take a year or two (but not 10 or 20!) attractive, fit (this is really important to me--if you'd like a workout partner that would be fabulous), self-confident, honest, straight-forward, who'd like a girlfriend (not a one-night stand or an extended fling) and who'd like to explore the world with me.
