This is very new to me. I am just looking to meet someone, become friends and then see what happens from there. I miss the beach but am glad to be home. I have not really met alot of people since I've been back. I love to cook. I also enjoy anything to do with water. Whether it's a day at the beach, lake or pool or even a nice bubble bath! I was really skeptical of this site in the beginning. Being new to the area, it helped me meet alot of people. Most of which were only interested in one thing. I blamed it on the age. Since then, I have come to realize, age has nothing to do with it! Most of the men that I've met or even just talked to are all the same, regardless of age. I guess my point to this update is to ask that if you message me, please just be honest about your intentions, whatever they may be...*UPDATE*Meeting new people has been alot fun. And I've actually made several good friends in the process. But I am ready for a serious long term relationship. I'm not expecting it to happen overnight and I do not want to rush in to anything. But that is ultimately what I am looking for, so if that is not your intention, we would just be wasting each other's time...

Let's see...I guess I'm the average norm that is looking for her life's companion, buddy, lover all rolled into one. I'm not here ( or anywhere-lol) to play games or serial date just for the heck of it. I am a very committed, loyal, treat-you-as-a-king mate. If you are not comfortable with hugs and kisses, passion, laughter, adventures together as easily as snuggling on the sofa with a movie, probably best to move on. I love animals (ask me about "kill a Prius, save a cat!" LOL); have dogs and ponies (sea horses that is). I enjoy a very wide array of activities and music. Have you ever seen a meteor shower at 4am? Amazing! Make me laugh, have quirky conversations with me as well as intelligent ones...lay snuggled up saying nothing at all which speaks volumes. My 17 year old son is my light and love. But as many of you know, that means independence-one foot in and one foot out the door. Hense my ability & desire to find my mate to enjoy the middle and older years of life together. I'm sensitive, caring, heart of gold, heart on my sleeve....but don't take me for granted or disrespect me. Don't lie...if I ask and an outfit isn't flattering, then say so. (Nope, not kidding-honesty is huge with me.) Oh and no, you won't get passively-aggressively punished for it later. LoL COMMUNICATION COMMUNICATION COMMUNICATION...get the point? I want the right man, not just any man...My mate will be cherished, pampered (like massages?) and loved as unconditionally as humanly possible . My mate will show me his love...kisses and hugs, be a rock of support in good times and more so the not too good times. He will understand the huge thing called commitment. He will challenge me. He will enjoy intimacy---regularly (not just in the beginning). He will accept me as a package deal...son, dogs, ponies... I'm rambling...but that would be ok too with the right man. Surprise me!
