Woman. 41 years old. Zodiac sign: Virgo.
Looking for: man. In age: 38-48
This is where I try to be funny, but I'm the only one laughing, and those of you that are, are the true geeks, so welcome! I am 41, and yes these photos are recent- I'm told I look 30, but that being said, I really am 41, and also want to date 40 and above. Okay maybe a REALLY mature 36, but warning: I DO NOT WANT ANY MORE KIDS. I have two lovely men in college and they put me through enough hell that God has granted me a "get out of hell free card", true story.P.A), wine, coffee, FOOD, baking cookies, entertaining, reading, art, dancing, and church. Church? gulp, cough....yes I go once in a while and wouldn't mind sharing that with someone. Please no crazy evangelicals, but Lutheran, Presbyterian, Catholic would be great as long as you are ok with drinking and occasional swearing. (I've got the card remember) Not a deal breaker if you respectfully disagree, but if the mere thought offends you, you might want to bolt at this point. I take fairly good care of my body (see exhibit B) if you do not take care of yours on a similar level, I'm probably not interested. Don't need a sugar daddy, been taking care of myself and two boys for a long time, however I'm not interested in sponsoring struggling musicians (cute as you are). I am a muralist, fine artist, designer, teacher, and I'm going back to school to get my Masters, so I'm a pretty busy cookie, but really would like to meet someone special to grow old with. (nostalgic music playing) I'm not materialistic or very high maintenance, unless you know how to fix bikes. Re-read my age requirements, that goes for grandpa Joe too! I am a teacher so PLEASE use the spell-check feature built into this program (the red dashed underline means you are misspelling a word!!!!!!!) Seriously? On the other hand, if you are witty or a smart ass, please inquire within! The best first date I ever had was a 2 hour hike followed by a shooting range (which I had never done before, and was very uncomfortable with), then beer tasting at a brewery, and then dinner at a 5* restaurant. Though we didn't work out because of our age difference, that still goes down in history as one of the best dates ever....can you beat it?

Woman. 42 years old. Zodiac sign: Cancer.
Looking for: man. In age: 39-49
I'm a city girl and love to bike ride, stay in shape, go to cubs/sox/bears games, be in the sun, travel, read, go to the movies, try new restaurants, and just have fun. I am close to my family and love animals too! I feel I have a lot to offer someone special, and would love to find out if that someone is you. Chemistry is essential, and you just gotta make me laugh. I’d love just an all-around good, quality guy, and I am a sucker for beautiful eyes and quick, witty comebacks. I can be feisty and scrappy, and am looking for someone who finds these qualities endearing (not everyone does!)... I have a big heart and I tend to be the friend people go to when they need to vent, cry, reveal, etc. I like to think that translates into me being a good listener, loyal, and easy to talk to. I am financially responsible and would expect the same of my partner...a guy who appreciates me and doesn't take me or the relationship for granted. I want the full package - friendship and passion. I've had it before so I know it exists! And I would like a family so if you don't, we wouldn't be a good match. If you’re interested, I’d love to hear from you! Good luck.

Woman. 42 years old. Zodiac sign: Aries.
Looking for: man. In age: 39-49
Me: Ladylike but can keep up with the boys, friendly yet opinionated, honest yet not rude, outdoorsy (prefers nature over malls), artistic, nurturing, hard-working yet fun-loving, realistic, spiritual, down-to-earth, affectionate. I can spell without using spell-check. I'm as comfortable in my jeans and boots as I am in a little black dress and heels. Love animals. Love music. Love my family. You: Say what you mean and mean what you say, dependable, honest, athletic, mature yet playful, masculine yet has a soft side, strong yet sensitive, witty, good-humored, well-versed, educated, romantic. You love children, respect elderly, and are a gentleman. You love God and are a leader. You have good manners, hold open doors, and bring flowers. You are also comfortable in jeans and boots but can clean up good! You might even be a good dancer, singer, musician? On another note...not to be superficial but I feel there must be some mutual attraction involved. Please post some pictures...some honest pictures from within the past few months. Also, I have school age children and they are my priority. If that isn't your cup of tea OR your children are grown and young ones don't appeal to you right now, I get that. I really, truly do! I never thought I'd be in the online dating world at this point in my life. I'm not into serial dating. In fact, I'm finding out I'm a lil guarded and ultra picky...as we all should be, I suppose. I don't want to waste anyone's time and I don't want you to waste my time. Life is too short and I'm not interested in dating someone that we both know would be no future with. Let's all just be honest about who we are, what we're looking for, etc. Deal? Deal. :)P.S. I'm not *** Sorry if I don't respond but, chances are, I'm not truly sitting in front of my computer. I have a tendency to turn on my laptop and forget about it or get busy with other things. Sorry! WAIT...one more thing! Why do people select others as "favorites" or someone they want to meet but not initiate a coversation or send a message? I don't get that. *I couldn't update this without selecting "my personality in one word"....really?? AND, as if "animal lover" is considered one word!OH, one more thing...I prefer a man to be taller and stronger than me. :) And, well, I'm a little tall and a little strong. Just sayin.WAIT...one more thing!! Ok, just kidding. A first date key ingredient is conversation so anywhere that could be included...meet and greet over coffee? Take it from there.
