I love all things girly but at the same time can't live without Sunday football! I pretty much like most things that guys like, which I feel makes me unique. One activity at the top of my daily to do list is to laugh as much as I can even if it means laughing at myself! The person I would like to date feels this way too. Having a good sense of humor helps one get through the tough times life can bring...maybe even a little old-fashioned too. I always appreciate a man who makes the first move and/or plans a date.I am a total water person! Love anything involving water sports, swimming, bubble baths, spas, lakes, oceans and especially tropical locations! I'm an active, outgoing woman who believes in having a balanced life, which is something I'm always working to achieve.Work is what I do not who I am. My relationships with family and friends are important and I try to stay connected as much as possible. I love and appreciate the outdoors and when the weather is nice I need to be outside. Eating healthy is important but I let myself indulge in a bit of chocolate or carbs from time to time. Swimming and/or hiking are activities I do at least 5 days a week.Physical attraction and chemistry are elements that can keep a relationship alive and exciting, but really connecting with someone and taking the time to get to know that person can create a happy, long lasting relationship. First dates can be a bit awkward so I like to keep it simple....meeting for a glass of wine or coffee works for me.

Hmmm trying to describe me and what I am about is proving more challenging than I thought. I am the very proud mom of two children, neither live at home but both are close so we are able to get together frequently. I own my own home...but I do yard work out of necessity, not because I enjoy mowing! There are so many more fun things to do! I am missing that great feeling of comfort and love that you get when you are with someone who cares, so here I am. I think I am a fun, funny and energetic lady. I love to try new things, and there is nothing better than being with someone who makes me laugh! (Well..) I also enjoy road trips, hanging on the couch watching a good movie, going out for good food or to hear some live music. I am not a great cook, but my kids didn't starve, so adequate is the best description I can think of. I am told my sense of humor is on the sarcastic side...I will let you decide. I work out ***times per week, but am happy to skip the gym for something that is more fun. I enjoy camping, but not necessarily roughing it so last fall I bought my own camper, I really miss my tent....not. Ha ha. I like getting to the farmers market, concert on the square, and going to hear live music. I also play on a local pool team. I wish I could say I am a Skilled player, but that was years ago. Now it is a fun hobby and reason to get out and do something, especially in those cold winter months. I am hoping to find a great guy who would like to bring me into his life and I can bring him into mine so we can share our interests and time together in hopes of building a friendship and possible long term relationship. Is there anyone out there interested in some fun times, some quiet times and maybe some new adventures? Out for coffee or a drink to chat and get to know each other would be a great start.

My youngest is almost 18, I like to go out and have a good time every once in a while.
