The poem quoted below speaks profoundly to me, and for me. I can say this, now, at this point in my life, only because it has taken me quite a while to get here. I do not regret one minute, the men, the years, or the decisions (good or bad) that have gotten me here—now. Love to laugh.I am open, self deprecating, and live with integrityI need to laugh at myself daily. And to create all sorts of movement in my life....I try to accept all that life has to offer on a daily basiswith courage, compassion, and kindness as best I can. However, I do miss the world terribly. Working diligently (and at times distractedly) on recreating a new life at home for myself. Taking the time to figure it all out while continuing to work with children in one capacity or another.I sometimes contradict myself because it ultimately expose oneself to finding your true inner desire by facing your own contradictions you didn't know you held? But I do have solid integrity and am grounded for the most part.I am physically active and love to hike, bike, walk, roller-blade, and play a lot of soccer when I am fit. When I am working on getting fit (again) I do all the same stuff daily-- just a lot less vigorously. I also do yoga and pilates regularly because I love how they feel. I need to move daily in one form or another, without it I would go mad. But, I am no longer a fanatic.My life is constantly changing, as it should. I try to remain open everyday to what life brings and work to take action to bring what I want into my life.Looking for love and a LTR if I can ever find that right mix of a guy at the perfect time?? It has proven elusive for far too long.I am spiritual and practice kindness to self and others daily.... Coffee, drinks, a walk, or dinner...or any combination thereof.

I may not be the most gorgeous girl on this site...but I think I'm cute...and I may not be a health nut or spend my life exercising...and I have a stomach that I'm not crazy about but if you take the time...you'll find that my heart is bigger than any other part of me and I'm worth getting to know. I'm real...honest...caring...loving...sincere....good hearted....sentimental...down to earth..level headed...have common sense...intelligent...family oriented...can carry on intelligent conversations or silly/flirty ones....i like going out to dinner and movies or other activities...also like to stay in with my guy...not into bars ..don't like to dance but I'll slow dance with the right guy...I don't play games...and i wont chase anyone who diesnt want to be chased...i want someone who will take the effort to chase me more than i chase him...communication is the key to building a strong foundation in a relationship...that should come first ..sex is great but it should be a bonus not the only thing you have in common...I've recently started going back to church and would like to find someone who shares the same beliefs as me and will go with me....I'm not a primper...I don't spend hours getting ready to go places but I will look good when we go...I'm just looking for a nice...attractive guy...I spent 26 years of my life with someone I didn't find attractive...so this time around I want to find someone I'm completely attracted to and can't keep my eyes and hands off of...lol...maybe that's you ;) My ideal first date would be somewhere, where we could talk and get to know each other better. Some place quaint...like the taco shack...Or we could go for a walk on the beach and bring a picnic lunch (Publix subs are the best ;) )with us, and just walk and talk, and then stop and eat as we watch the sun go down. Or, you could surprise me with something you like to do.
