Smile. It is a simple act, but sometimes takes a lot of effort. A smile can cause boundaries to melt, hearts to warm up, and distances to reduce. Why don't we smile more often? Is it too tough to smile? The answer lies in our attitude towards life. If we are more accepting of situations, we will be able to smile more easily.I would describe myself as a practical person who loves adventure and discovering new places and things to do. I have a lot of responsibilities that I enjoy balancing but I also strive to make my leisure time a priority as well. I enjoy socializing with others, finding the positive lesson or blessing in situations, laughing with others and at myself, and hearty conversations. I am very much a "partner" person in that I enjoy doing most activities with other people... I tend to re-energize with others as opposed to needing solitude. I need to know that we can be right and well with each other. ***Relationships don't work because you "love" the other person or because you want it to work.. they work when you are intentional... goals, hopes, dreams, visions, perspectives all change over periods of time and if you aren't actively working on finding shared interests together then the relationship won't be as successful as it could be. I travel with my job and my schedule is pretty wacky... so I'm looking for someone who is understanding, flexible, trusting, independent, and willing to work around my limiting schedule. That is a lot to ask but it is important. And of course my time with my children is a priority that should be respected, as it would be of yours if you have children. International Travel is my greatest luxury passion...
