I want a simple life with simple things; the things that are important. I believe in always doing the right thing and always being honest. I may seem old fashioned. I have my flaws, and as we get acquainted I have NO problem disclosing them. We deserve to know the truth about each other. I have a good job and I'm very good at what I do. I don't have a lot of accomplishments to list, but I wouldn't trade my gift of common sense for anything. I have been divorced 6 yrs after 16 yrs of marriage. I'm not damaged or carrying emotional baggage. I may actually propose to the first man I meet that I can get through more than one date or phone conversation without hearing the words "my ex". Don’t know why, but it really turns me off. Guess I’m selfish and want it to be about “us” and not our pasts. One thing is for sure, I am a home body. But I can easily be persuaded to get out. I can have fun doing any activity if it is with someone I enjoy. I like being outdoors, especially at a pool or lake in the summer. I love watching football in the fall. I love horses, but never have a chance to be around them. Mostly my girly side will show. I like my fingernails and toenails to be painted at all times. MEETING: I believe the first "meeting" IS a meeting and I should pay for my own dinner, drinks, whatever. It’s not fair to men to meet women and pay every time when things may go no further. There are women out there with questionable intentions, but I’m not one of them. It won’t offend me if you insist on paying, I just don’t expect it. If we begin dating I have no problem letting you pay, but I wouldn't expect it all the time.

Lets not waist your time or mine!......Im not sure how i feel about online dating, but it seems to be the thing to do.I have adult children and grandchildren, NONE living with me! lol! Family time is important to me. My children and my grandmother are my heart! Im pretty simple although i love 501s and pedicures. I can be a bit sarcastic but in a good way, so i can appreciate a good smart ass .:) I enjoy rock n roll music, dancing in the city, people watching and the out doors. Im old enough to know a pick up line when i hear one so just be you. ok, well... im a bit old fashion in some ways. I like flowers, hand picked is better :) on a first date i enjoy going to a public place for lunch, dinner. jamba juice or coffee then just go for a walk works too. Im a lady and I like to be treated like one.First dates Are already alil uncomfortable so maybe an hour or two for the first date is good.
