Hi there, welcome to my profile!Here is my attempt to describe myself without boring you to death. In random order:I am adventurous... Love my life in the States, even if I realized (quickly) that it is not like in the movies. I have lived in 5 States and I have picked NY to settle.I have never married and don't have children, not because I do not like men or children, but because I was never in the right place at the right time with the right attitude :-)I am a geek with a sense of humor.I am responsible and independent.Some would say I am sweet, others quirky. Most love me the way I am. Most being my friends and family, wherever they may be.Mom claims I look better in person than in pictures, and that is a good thing...but mom never tried internet dating!Nephews totally dig having a doting aunt that spoils them and listens to them as if they are adults. Points for the American Aunt!I love cooking, with mixed results. However, I haven't poisoned anyone yet.My "garden" is a flower bed that has been reclassified, but I already have eaten 3!!! tomatoes from it.I like the outdoors but I equally enjoy museums. Totally in love with tennis, even if I cannot play to save my life.Cannot stand reality TV.Read Italian books to keep the language current. My bicycle needs tuning and has been sitting in the basement waiting for some love.I exercise regularly (if I am not traveling) and I used to kick ***...now I get my *** kicked by a bunch of older ladies at the gym.I travel a lot for work and I no longer love flying, but I will, if it takes me to a fun place.I *** may not know exactly what I want, but I definitely know what I do not want!I look for a man that is confident in who he is, solid and reliable. I want to have fun and I want someone to come back to. Chemistry, passion, laugh, irony, discussions, challenges, and anything that make life full of flavor. Being a realist, I do not expect perfection. Actually perfection can be awesome boring. How about perfect imperfection? I like simple things. Dinner at a nice restaurant, drinks, coffee...a quiet place where we can get to know each other and see if we click.

    Originally I'm from Europe but have been living in Vegas for almost 2 decades...and loving it!What inspires me?
