About Me

For the past few years I have put most of my effort/ambition into my career and now its time to shift focus, allowing for some much needed balance.. Realized only after a year that nothing comes close ... So here I am . You must have an opinion, speak with intellect, tell me why I am wrong (only sometimes...;), inspire me, motivate me... challenge me, most importantly love me. I work in a male dominated industry and I am considered one of the "boys" but I am all woman. :)I am highly competitive in every aspect of my life, and always aim high in all I do .! I've learned the last few years that the quest for perfection, and the superficial, materialistic sh*t is irrelivant in the bigger picture. It seems that simplicity is really what I've been after all along. ;)I am perfectly content being by myself and am extremely independant, but two is always better than one. ... I've been called a **** many times.. I have never though been called needy, clingy, a doormat or a demsel in distress... I am still hopeful. I am a horrible settler, have a hard time faking anything for the life of me,(there's no poker face here)... I've been told I am honest to fault, would help anyone in need, loyal as hell to my family and friends . I'm the kind of petson that reacts and speaks up in a given situation when the others are afraid to ..:) I have a mouth on me and sometimes swear too much . But I clean up well and can carry on a conversation about Shakespearean literature or Chaucer at an event. I actually have a brain . Bonus :)I prefer someone that takes care of themselves, workouts and lives a healthy lifestyle. I am attracted to ambition,confidence, intelligence and strong character. I'm not much for liars, fakers, and unkind people- and do not suffer fools gladly. If you a have "; tattoo at the back of your neck, enjoy playing endless mind games, with sleazy intentions, I'm not your girl !! It would be refreshing to finally meet someone sweet and genuine, someone that brings out the best and wants the best for me. :) The best feeling Is letting go ... Being yourself without any fear . I workout 5 days a week, so it would be ideal to meet someone with the same lifestyle. I would actually love to spend more time outdoors, trying new activities, and learning new things. Travelling and exploring new places sounds fantastic! :)Im ready to be less controlling , and way more spontaneous....If all the worlds a stage ... and we are merely players... well then.. lets go play!??     It's 2:30am.....I'm writing this from my bed, listening to thunderstorms sounds from my tablet- trying to get back to sleep. Can't beat a good thunderstorm. I'm not one to complain about the weather...I love being outdoors. Camping is great. Nice hotels are fun too. A train is going by , I love that sound. I enjoy music of all sorts, not a fan of rap or heavy met though. I really enjoy good food, going out to eat or cooking at home...I'm a good cook. I like all kinds of food and I love to eat. I think about food a lot. I'm getting hungry just writing about it. On that note - I'm not fat, not super skinny, pretty athletic. I enjoy bumming around in jeans and getting dressed up and going out. I have three dogs ***labs and a healer. They are awsome....if they don't like you, you won't be around for long. I'm always rescuing something. A fault in my personality as much as it is a quality. I tend to attract men who I can help...or that I think I can help anyway. Disastrous. I can't imagine what it would be like to be with someone who wanted to take care of me....it would be nice I suspose. I can't lie, I would like to date someone with a little money. It's by no means a deal-breaker, but for once it would be nice to order anything I want from a menu and not have pay the tab myself. Sex....ahhh sex...love it, miss it, want to have it in my life again. That goes for traveling as well. I want to go overseas again. Love to explore more of this country as well. Got to make time for some traveling soon I think. I always have a project, or ten of them in the works. I like my house clean, its never as clean or organized as I would like it to be. I have to have a comfy bed - plenty of nice pillows and quality linens are a must. Speaking of which, I am still in bed and only have an hour left to try and get some sleep before work. Slim chance....after writing this I'm restless, hungry and horny. Maybe I get lucky and have a good dream! I open to any ideas! Good food should be involved at some point. A few drinks too. Some entertainment....maybe go see a band, a movie, a play or musical. We could go for a hike or good walk on the beach....stop at a few spots, to and people watch. I work seven days a week so we can't go too far away unless you have a plane or can afford to buy tickets, which by the way, would be amazing.

A walk to my door with the moment, everything seems to stop around us, the wind picks up and...well I guess you'll just have to take me out to know what happens next. :)
