Well.....about me? I am a woman who is ready to live! I was married for 15 years, and although it was a mostly happy marriage, adventure was definitely something that was lacking. So here I am...searching for that certain someone to enjoy the many adventures life has to offer. I'm not looking to jump into something serious right out of the gate. I would like to meet, date, get to know...at a "easy" pace. If the "chemistry" is there...we will see where it takes us. And although chemistry is elusive and difficult to find...I will not settle for a relationship that lacks it. It is just too important to me. So I have just begun the new adventure of travel nursing...a way to travel and get paid for it. For those that don't know what that means, it means I work for an agency and I travel all around the US for assignments usually lasting 13 weeks. Currently on my first assignment. But the future isn't written and who knows what it holds. I am also a firm believer in the importance of creating that ideal balance between work and "living" life. Sometimes easier said than done but you only get one life right?! What I'm looking for??? That's even harder than describing myself. I really have no idea...but I'm sure I'll know it when I meet "him." He has to be up for trying new things, and if there's something that I would like to try and he's done it already, he's got to be willing to do it again with me. Relationships take time and commitment on both sides. So if we get to that point...you HAVE TO make time...regardless of other "commitments." I LOVE to laugh so a sense of humor is a must. I'm a sucker for a "killer smile" and eyes that reflect that smile. I'm attracted to men that are a bit taller than me...I know that's not hard to do since I am only 5'4", lol. But I love to get all "girlied up" and wear heels sometimes and I REALLY don't like being taller than my man. No offense...there are some good looking great men out there under my "preference" but it's just not what I'm attracted to (sorry!). So, that's it from me. If you want to know more...just ask. I march to the beat of my own drum. Meaning I am me and I like who I am and who I am becoming. I like to have fun and I will try most things at least once you never know what you might like until you try it. Every day is a gift and a new adventure. I love learning new things and seeing the world all shinny and new through the eyes of my son. I am a people person and I learned a long time ago most of the time it is better to listen. I am presently on the greatest adventure ever raising my eleven year old son. I think at some point I would like to go back to school. lol I am one of those strange ppl who actually enjoy school and learning and discovering new things. I love all sorts of books, music, movies and pc games. I am also obsessed with Wicked right now, what can I say I am defying gravity!!! The last show i watched was Doctor Who. Both myself and my son love that show. Lol but there was a huge surprise plot twist with a cliff hanger and now I have to wait until the fall to find out what happens. Lol like i said i love trying new things so that tends to affect the pop culture I am interested in at the time. As far as a first date goes it depends on a lot a things like what both ppl are interested in how much time we have and what have you. Lol so i am always up for something fun as long as we have time to really talk :)

Ok this is what u need to know now, but don't be afraid to ask anything I am pretty open :)1. I have kids and they are my priority. However, I would love to meet new people and see what happens. 2. I have a good job and support my family.. I even have a car;) however, I am not trying to support someone.3. I love the outdoors (camping, boating, canoeing, walking, lakes, hiking) I am particularly looking for someone with these interests.
