About Me

Well.....about me? I am a woman who is ready to live! I was married for 15 years, and although it was a mostly happy marriage, adventure was definitely something that was lacking. So here I am...searching for that certain someone to enjoy the many adventures life has to offer. I'm not looking to jump into something serious right out of the gate. I would like to meet, date, get to know...at a "easy" pace. If the "chemistry" is there...we will see where it takes us. And although chemistry is elusive and difficult to find...I will not settle for a relationship that lacks it. It is just too important to me. So I have just begun the new adventure of travel nursing...a way to travel and get paid for it. For those that don't know what that means, it means I work for an agency and I travel all around the US for assignments usually lasting 13 weeks. Currently on my first assignment. But the future isn't written and who knows what it holds. I am also a firm believer in the importance of creating that ideal balance between work and "living" life. Sometimes easier said than done but you only get one life right?! What I'm looking for??? That's even harder than describing myself. I really have no idea...but I'm sure I'll know it when I meet "him." He has to be up for trying new things, and if there's something that I would like to try and he's done it already, he's got to be willing to do it again with me. Relationships take time and commitment on both sides. So if we get to that point...you HAVE TO make time...regardless of other "commitments." I LOVE to laugh so a sense of humor is a must. I'm a sucker for a "killer smile" and eyes that reflect that smile. I'm attracted to men that are a bit taller than me...I know that's not hard to do since I am only 5'4", lol. But I love to get all "girlied up" and wear heels sometimes and I REALLY don't like being taller than my man. No offense...there are some good looking great men out there under my "preference" but it's just not what I'm attracted to (sorry!). So, that's it from me. If you want to know more...just ask.     Short and sweet - I'm tired of b.s. in some way shape or form... but then again isn't everyone?
