About Me

On the day I take my last breath, I do not want to look back with the regret that I didn't live a full life. Thus, here I am on POF; in search of the one who wants to share life's journey. Someone who is educated, romantic, mutual respect, easy-going, and someone who is comfortable to just be themselves with me & I with them. I'd prefer to meet someone the "old-fashioned" way & not through "tech-searching". But I'll give this a try for a while. I love to learn through continuing with various classes (ie:art, yoga,...), by getting into deep discussions. I do not discuss politics or sports, beyond the basics. I try to keep an open mind, & I hope you would too. I am friendly, social, & outgoing; yet I have a calm demeanor. I'm told that I put people at ease. I'm not pretentious, nor do I care for that characteristic in others (ie: if you "try" to impress me, you will fail. I'm not easily impressed by the trivial things, but am impressed by honesty & integrity). Being a girl raised in the South, I believe that "Manners never go out of style", which basically covers the Golden Rule -- Treat others, how you want to be treated. I love to laugh! But thanks for reading my profile. This whole "on-line dating" can be intimidating, to say the least. It seems to put more pressure on the 1st meeting (ie: "Are we romantically compatible!?!), unlike when you meet someone the old way & things naturally evolve or not. Does anyone else feel this way?! Therefore, a first date for me, would be one that would put us both at ease. Meeting for coffee and conversation, would be a nice start.

    If Not, Raise Your Standards... ;) So what am I like? I'm tall, blonde, and have brown eyes. I go to they gym ***times a week but have to talk myself into it.     Hi, I enjoy many things, I also enjoy trying new things. My favorite things are but not limited to exercising, walking, site seeing, new adventures, a good joke, my friends and being in love, which I believe takes time, I'm not sure about the love at first site.
