I think I am finally courageous enough to start online dating and meet new people. I am a real Southerner so being online feels strange to me-guess you could say I'm traditional. I'm gregarious, expressive, intuitive, genuine. Total extravert but enjoy my alone time very much too. I am blessed with a large network of church, neighborhood and other good friends. I enjoy a full life and my busy, active children. I have a deep Faith. I have two beautiful, sweet, funny daughters ages 15 and 11; they inspire and challenge me daily! I'm at several sports activities of theirs weekly, and that's fun too. I hold neither all conservative or all liberal viewpoints, but some of each. I've lived, studied and traveled in several cities around the country and the world and have a huge bucket list of new things to try, places to go and dreams to accomplish. If we don't work out as a date or have the chemistry, I'm always up for an honest friendship and think we all can never have too many friends in life. No harm, no foul.I think that connection and friendship are the basis of any relationship. It really has to start there to be worth time for either of us. My children are my first priority and I have a busy job so I'm looking for lighthearted fun, activities or exercise. A walk around the lake followed by coffee would be perfect way to get to know others. If tennis is your game, I'm in. I'm always up for exploring, travel and new adventures. Like to cook and love to eat, try new things. Antiquing and thrift shops are fun and I could spend a whole day in home depot thinking about lots of fun creative projects for my home and garden. My girls and i volunteer alot around town and that's a meaningful value to pass on but have fun with too. I don't have time for tv but don't think I'm missing anything much? Mass is always a part of my weekend. I'm a home owner, stable in my job and don't need anyone to care for me financially: blessed by God in so many ways. In a contradictory way, I'm a total badass, but also very loving, nurturing, affectionate and spsiritual. Yes, sassy and sweet too. I'm looking forward to spending time with people with a good, benevolent, moral value system, their head on their shoulders *** somewhere else (!) a sense of humor and humility as well as a great laugh. I don't want to date a boy, I want to date a Man with a capital M who knows who he is, what he does and doesnt stand for and what he wants out of life. Just like Sheryl Crow wants to know "Are you strong enough to be my man?"

    Hi there! I love the outdoors, walking, hiking, bonfires, gardening,etc., that sort of thing. I'm not really into the Bar scene, prefer more down to earth things now. I'm a Nurse Assistant, I love my job, not many of us can say and actually mean that, but in this case I do. I like being the one who often times makes that little bit of diffrence in people's lives,,I love music, all types of music. My favorite is old school rock & roll (80's), and Country..I'm always open to listen to anything other than that though. I think a great first date would be getting together for coffee,( or whatever your choice in beverages is) I don't know about you, but I know me, and I'm apt to be nervous, and the "date" would be relatively short, sort of a "meet & greet", that way no-ones under the gun so to speak.

    I like to laugh and be around fun positive people. Life is short so make good choices. I like to work and believe I have a strong work ethic. But, also know how to relax and have fun. Bucket list is to watch a game from the Green Monster and some day to have a few of my ashes spread there. I know but I`.. oh and on that note love Football. So yes I love the Patriots too. Sports on all the time.I consider myself a beach bum. I can walk on the beach or just sit and read a book. It is so relaxing listening to the waves or better my music on the ipod. Back in the day I surfed a bit but that is a distant memory... When I first came back stateside I tried to dive on Cape Cod and visibility was less than ideal so got frustrated and stopped and then children and... I love the outdoors and enjoy hikes and the challenges that come. Not a fan of snakes but can take care of myself if need be. I like the hot weather so will not complain about it like most people. Camping is fun too. I like the RV personally but can rough it in a tent providing I have an air mattress. I can not start fires I admit but love to sit by them. I can fish but can not bait a hook. I can not explain why a worm grosses me out but it is true. I was a master griller in training until I got a Big Green Egg. This is by far the best grill I have ever had and surpasses my Jenn Air gas grill with rotisserie to the point sadly it just sits by my pool. This Green Egg is a ceramic grill so temps can reach up to ***degrees. I can smoke at low temps or make a steakhouse style steak at ***degrees. I have even made pizza on this grill. Grilling is a life style and it is fun to be creative. I can cook too but prefer to sit back and grill.To describe myself I would say I`m athletic kind average height about 5'4" and about ***pounds. Irish catholic light skinned. I like to walk and exercise and am in pretty good shape. I am not Barbie!I consider myself a strong role model for my children. Many years ago I had an injury to an arm and gave up my career as a nurse and moved across the country hoping the warm weather would help. I did not know a sole here but believed the warm weather wound lessen the pain. I'm not going to lie, it was terrifying but I prevailed. Life throws you curves it's what you do when the chips are down that determine your character. I persevere ! We could enjoy some Tapas and Wine or Coffee and Bagel.
