I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.I'm a family oriented girl. Grew up in the country, in the middle of cornfields, on a farm with lots of animals. I'm the oldest child of 6 kids. I try to visit my family at least one weekend a month. I visit my grandma, who has Alzheimer's, in the nursing home once or twice a month. I have known most of my girlfriends since junior high-they're like my family. Spending time with them is very important to me. I like to go out on the weekends, or stay in and cuddle on the couch. I try to go with the flow whenever possible.I'm a fun, goofy, glass half full, optimistic girl at heart. Love to laugh & smile. I'm looking for someone who knows how to have a good time and isn't afraid to be a little wild! Haha. I have 2 jobs that keep me very busy and can be extremely stressful at times, therefore it's imperative for me to have an outlet for fun. I like people who are passionate, know what they want and aren't afraid to go after it. I love to travel, see new places and experience new things! I'm happiest when I am by the water- beach, lake, pool. I have my masters degree, and would like to go back for my Ph.D. someday.I just started kickboxing again, and I LOVE IT! I like cardio classes at my gym, running outside, p90x, strength training- working out is a great stress reliever! And can be a fun date too ;-)Likes/Turn-ons = confidence is extremely sexy! Not arrogance, there's a big difference; Tall men- 5'11" or taller- I have a thing for height, but only because I'm 5'8" and sometimes I like wearing heels and I don't want to be taller than the guy, sorry. Hope you understand; cute smile, nice teeth;; being polite & respectful towards women; good sense of humor, being kissed on the neck; a good back massage; some competitiveness; playful or fun personality; motivation/drive; intelligence; stable career; creative/spontaneous personality; someone who communicates well- which is a challenge for some- so at least if you can try your best. My biggest pet peeve is being *** when someone refuses to talk if something's wrong; someone who is a man of their word- honorable.Alright...enough! Lunch, coffee, drinks after work. Sexy doesn't impress me. Smart impresses me. Strength of character impresses me. But most of all, I am impressed by kindness. Kindness I think comes from learning hard lessons well. From falling and picking yourself up. It comes from surviving failure and loss. It implies an understanding of the human condition. Forgives it's many flaws and quirks. When I see that in someone, it fills me with admiration.

AND NO OFFENSE, BUT I ONLY DATE WITHIN MY OWN RACE, ITS JUST MY PERSONAL PREFERENCE, I'm not physically attracted to men of other races, but definitely does not mean I am racist. Or if you are white but dress like a thug, for example, baggy clothes, chains, white sunglasses, affliction t shirts, flat brim hats, diamond earrings, or gross facial hair I will not be interested. I also am not fond of KU fans. Animals are ok, like a horse, but if you have a big dog you keep inside or especially if the dog sleeps in your room or in your bed DO NOT waste your time, I won't talk to you. Ithink that is disgusting. I like some dogs, but they have to be outside! I hate the way an indoor dog or animal makes a house smell.

    I'm not your average female...I don't do drama, play games or anything like that. I am extremely direct & expect the same in return.
