About Me

I am looking for someone to spend time with and laugh with. I don't want someone who will play games with my head or my heart; life is too short. I enjoy being active; walking, biking, volleyball and softball. I work out or go walking and take care of myself. Age is just a number and I still feel like I did 20 years ago (so I guess you can say I'm 53 going on 33!)I think I have a great sense of humor (otherwise, why would my friends and I laugh so much?), I don't take myself too seriously and love to laugh. I enjoy movies (action-comedy is my favorite), but can be just as happy staying in for a quiet evening. I enjoy hanging out by my back-yard bonfire with friends or taking a walk to the lake nearby. I LOVE to travel and I do it often; especially to warm climates. I recently bought a motorcycle and am realIy enjoying it. I love dancing, music and enjoy going to concerts.Family is important to me; I enjoy spending time with my son, my siblings, nieces and nephews.I'm a hard worker and I truly enjoy my job. I am financially responsible and don't have time for someone that isn't. I do make time for fun; all work and no play...you know the saying. As I said, life is too short. It's meant to be lived, enjoyed and shared. A first date or meeting is nice in a casual atmosphere or going for a walk to talk.

    The basics: I am 5'5 , wear juniors (teen) clothes in size 1 to 3 (including jeans!), have dark reddish brown hair past my shoulders and green eyes that can turn blue! Liberal-minded would also be great since I am very much so! Knowing who you are and what you want in life, wanting a partner beside you to celebrate achieving goals; just as you would help me achieve mine. Be nice to have someone who is there during the bad times (and there are always bad times just as there are always good times!) and is willing to talk and work through them, wants to laugh, love and have a lot of fun during the good times (which hopefully are many!). I try to be healthy in my eating (but admit to indulging in junk food sometimes--is pizza junk food??) and in my thinking (meditate daily as well as doing yoga regularly).I'm an interior decorator, love movies (have to have popcorn) and most kinds of music(except rap, heavy metal and most country).I give great massages (hospice-trained), love giving a gift or card for no reason except that I am thinking of you, and especially love great conversation about anything..or nothing.When there is chemistry and the sparks are flying, it doesn't matter what we're doing because we just enjoy being together. Tell me there's a great, kind, HONEST man here somewhere!! Lastly, it takes a bit of courage to "put yourself out there" and write to a man you don't even know..so if I've written to you, it would be nice to get a response back, even if it's only a "Thanks, but no thanks."
