So I guess this is the part where I try to win you over, but like the title says: DOES THIS REALLY WORK? Well here it is. I have mixed feelings about the whole on line dating but it seems this is the way things are done. I've tried before and met some real nice people so thought i'd give it another shot. I've been told by friends that I'm a fun and easy going guy. They all can't be wrong, at least I hope not. As far as interests I'm up for almost anything. Love to stay active and be outside, camping, hiking, riding my mountain bike and most sports, but what guy don't like them. But at times I also love laying around on a Sunday doing nothing. As for what I'm looking for I'm really not sure, but I do know I'm not interested in any games, endless texting or e-mails. If you'd like to know more send me a message. Something easy going. Coffee or a drink.

Ok, so I find myself back on an online dating site, filling out all of these wonderful questions. I've tried online dating in the past, and feel it can work. It's a lot of work, but what the hell...right? I've read a bunch of profiles and most of them seem to share the same sentiment... women want men who don't cheat, and don't lie. Just a hint girls, most of us want the exact same thing!! My son will be 21 this year and after raising him on my own for all those years, I am finally getting used to the whole "empty nest" thing. It kind of snuck up on me and I wasn't ready at first... I think I'm finally used to it. I'd love to find someone to share the next chapter with.I am drama free and hope that you are also. We all have some type of "crap" that we can't help but bring with us... the difference is whether or not it's contained!! Hopefully I'm not coming across too jaded here...lol. I told you this online dating thing is hard work! If you're real, and looking for a relationship... and not just window shopping, say Hi and let's talk... Oh, and YES, I have a great job, a vehicle and a house (and NO, my mom doesn't live in the basement! lol)... Just in case NOT having those is a deal breaker... With this venue I think keeping it simple is important. I don't think either of us want to be stuck out at dinner with someone when we're really not feeling it... Let's get a coffee or q drink and see if there's a spark. Date two is endless with possibilities, right?
