I love the ocean and I just got back from Vacation in Cali ,Ventra beach I woke up early each of my 7 days I was there and watched the sun rise on the porch of my friends beach house I enjoyed some nice long walks on the beach at sunset. Then joined some people at at a bond fire after dark and made some new friends. Nothing like fresh ocean air and the sun to refresh your body,help clear your mind and make you feel young again.
