My current hobbies have been few the last several years. Was in a relationship where I lost track of myself and fell into whatever it was he was doing. WON"T ever happen again, just a weak period in my life. I have been guilty of loving too much, in past relationships. Not that I've had that many, only 3 have ever gotten past a few dates. I was married to the first for 9 yrs, the 2nd for 15yrs. My last wasn't a marriage but we were together 6 yrs, the last 3 we lived together. Except for the 3 years between #1 and #2 I haven't really dated too much. I do know I never want to lose myself again, because I'm told by numerous friends that I'm a lot of fun to be around. I do like to fish, ride 4 wheelers, play softball and volleyball, pretty much anything that involves water - I love being on the water, boating, tubing or even just chillin. It puts me at peace.My goals aren't what they should be probably; I have overcome much loss, both my parents (separately), and my husband of 15yrs. My main goal in life is just to be happy. Happy in what I'm doing (as long as it pays the bills), and happy with myself. I look at my granddaughter as we laugh and play, sit and read or watch a movie (she's almost 3) and I just want to be that happy again. Not really sure how many ways I am unique, but one way I have learned (the hard way) is loyalty-I have it for my family and my friends - and that is something I'm seeing that isn't around much.My taste in music is varied. I like rock n roll (especially classic), last concert I attended was Nickelback. But I also like Country, both classic and contemporary, R&B, jazz, not too crazy about classical, but am game for about anything else. Whoa, I just lied. My last concert was a Neil McCoy show at the Horseshoe. My good friends' son is the lead guitar player and a colony of folks went down to let them entertain us. ANd they did. I am pretty easy going and would be up for about anything - AS LONG AS I KNOW AHEAD OF TIME. I do like surprises but I don't really think a first date is the time for surprises. Don't want to dress up to go mud riding, and don't want to dress down to go to a nice dinner.
